Each room has an Infiniti pool. The breakfast buffet is immaculate. The hotel staff is amazing. They remembered me from my previous stay. The property is so pretty. I only stay at this property when I visit Phuket. I love it. Highly recommended

I liked the location which was closed to baba beach

The staff was neither professional nor honest. On the last day of my stay, I requested a late checkout. Despite the fact that no new guests were arriving, they initially refused to grant even a 30-minute extension. I then informed them that I was willing to pay for the late checkout.They eventually agreed, but charged me half the price of a full night for only four additional hours, until 4:00 PM.What is unacceptable is that during this exact period, there was a scheduled electricity and water outage, which the staff was aware of in advance. This information was never disclosed to me before taking the payment. As a result, I paid a significant amount for a service that could not be properly provided.When I requested a refund after the outage occurred, the staff refused.This lack of transparency and fairness is extremely disappointing and does not meet basic standards of hospitality.

Probably the most beautiful hotel we ve stayed at. The traditional thai inspired architecture is even more beautiful in person. Facilities are great, breakfast is really good, almost everything is made to order. We took a cooking class and it was so fun! The shallow pool is fantastic for kids, very big and next to the beach, so kids can also play in the sand. Kids club is big and well equiped as well. Really a fantastic experience, we d love to come back next year!

There should be one more coffee machine at breakfast, there was usually a big line for coffee.

So.. the rooms are fabulous, so private and with your own little pool. there is a lot of space and the woodwork is beautiful. having access to a fridge and sink is also really nice. The only drawback is that the toilets aqre a little inefficient, and im going to leave it at that for that one. Breakfast has a huges selection of asian and western food, definitely try the fried rice with pork and the tofu with chilli! the food was generally fabulous with the tom kha gai, chicken satai, papaya salad and pork laabn out favourites. cocktails are reasonable and there is a huge selection. diningh on the beach ion the sea breeze is fabulous, and there a re a great selection of day beds and loungers for chilling around the beach and pool. Oh and a shout out to Kent, Pim and alll the other staff for making us feel so special and cared for

so... its not a big deal but you order food from an electronic menu on a tablet, but not all the time. some waiters take your orde4r and inmput it into the tablet, others give you the tablet. its a little confusing. For a 5 star they should just go back to paper menus, and the staff using the menus, as the elcetroni menu looks like mostly backend rather than customer facing.

Our stay was so nice. From the all the beautiful friendly and helpful staff, to the 2-bedroom pool villa that had everything we needed, the restaurant and the pool and other amenities. We will definitely be back

We liked everything. No dislikes

I really liked the hotel — the quality for the money is very good. I only stayed for one night, so my review is based on that. I really liked the villa: comfortable bed, very clean, pleasant smell of wood, quiet, and at night the blackout was excellent — no flashing lights or light from outside.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marred by an unpleasant incident. Coming out of the bathroom, I reached for my bag that was on the bench by the door, and hit my head hard on the corner of the shelves hanging above the bench. I hit it so badly that I split my head open by about a centimeter and was bleeding. The corner is positioned very carelessly, and it’s just a sharp wooden edge. I haven’t found any other sharp furniture in the room though. I was that “lucky,” so to speak.Nevertheless, when I was checking out, I showed the receptionist a photo of my bloody head and pointed out the corner. What really disappointed me was that several days after I left, no one has contacted me, not even to say that they were fixing or smoothing out that corner. Apart from that, I can say the hotel is quite unique in its own way, and if it weren’t for that incident, I would have rated it 10 out of 10.

The villa was AMAZING. I could live there. The private pool was big enough for my kids to really play and swim. The living space was giant which we appreciated after weeks of travel and cramped living quarters/ airplanes. Hands down the biggest, more comfortable beds. Everything was clean and the staff was so very nice and always looking to help. We ended up extending our stay and next time, we will plan a much longer stay. The restaurant had the perfect mix of food for my Thai husband and more Americanized children. And the beach was clean and very private. The pool was refreshing and the cabanas weren’t an extra charge and allowed my husband to work remotely by the pool. The fire show was an unbelievable. My kid held fire and made a core memory! And the spa was an extravagant experience at an affordable price.

Food wasn’t that great (quality, choices, prices) could be much better.

Everything was fantastic! The teak buildings are so unique and beautiful, the grounds are full of nature, the villas are private and luxurious. It's also beachfront with the best beach I've seen in Thailand.

Being close to nature means bugs and geckos will be around, but we had the AC on and so didn't have any mosquitoes in the villa.

The wood work, the spirit, the luxury and scenery are incredible. And you must be ready to accept nature in order to fall in love with this hotel.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It’s incredibly beautiful, with stunning architecture and a lush, green territory that feels like a true escape. Everything is designed in traditional Thai style—wooden buildings with intricate carvings. It was a real aesthetic pleasure just to walk around and take it all in every day.The beach and the sea were also wonderful—clean, calm, and with very few people, which made it feel peaceful and exclusive.As for the service, I really appreciated that the staff weren’t overly attentive or intrusive, but every request we had was handled quickly and efficiently. It struck a perfect balance—quiet, respectful service with everything taken care of.One particularly convenient feature was that we didn’t need to carry money around the hotel. Everything could be charged to the room, and then we simply settled the bill at the end of our stay—super convenient.I had read some reviews where people complained about the restaurant or the lack of places nearby. In my opinion, the restaurant is perfectly fine. It’s not gourmet-level, but breakfast offers everything you might need, and the lunch and dinner options are decent. And while the restaurant might be a bit basic for longer stays, it’s definitely not true that there’s “nothing nearby.” Within a 10–20 minute taxi ride, there are plenty of small local places to eat, and we tried a few that were excellent. There’s even a Michelin-starred restaurant about 20 minutes away if you’re in the mood for a fancier evening out. Plus, some neighboring hotels are within walking distance and have decent restaurants too—so there’s definitely no issue diversifying your meals if you want to.All in all, I had the best experience. The sea was warm and calm during our stay, the beach was spotless, the grounds were immaculately maintained, and the overall atmosphere was just amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

I was here for my 30th birthday and it was exceptional The place is absolutely stunning, and our villa was magnificent. The decor was gorgeous to the smallest details. Having a private pool and bathtub, really made the stay even more special ! The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of variety The massages were incredible, honestly one of the best we’ve ever had The staff were incredibly kind. They even decorated the room for the occasion, made a birthday cake, and filmed a video for us at the end of the dinner – such a thoughtful gesture! They truly went above and beyond for the romantic dinner on the beach ?We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!Special thanks to Palm and all the staff ??

What I Didn’t LikeWhile the hotel itself was stunning, there were a few aspects that could be improved.The food at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. I’ve had better Thai food elsewhere, and the breakfast, in particular, was not very tasty or diverse. The biggest letdown? They didn’t have mango at breakfast, which was surprising given how common and delicious it is in Thailand.Another downside was the pricing of the services. Many of them were quite expensive, and I found similar services nearby or online for much better prices. It felt like you were paying a premium just for convenience rather than quality.Overall, while the hotel itself was beautiful and the experience was great, the food and service pricing could definitely be improved.

Unreal, the whole resort starting with the architecture, staff, facilities is top notch and offered an amazing experience for us! Would definetly recommend this to anyone looking to get a taste of pure thai experience

Nothing major to mention, however, the beach restaurant was a bit unorganised in one of the evening when we had dinner there, other than this, no actual complaints.
