Pros +
- Location is perfect. Close to Bangla Road for the fun, but still a few blocks away from the loud chaotic noise during late night.
- Staff at the front desk spoke very little English, ignoring this, A/C in one of the room did not work, not a great experience for a first Thailand visitor. They did not another room to switch us out.
- Very clean and central location.
Cons -
- There is no chair with a back in the room. I am 76 and found it hard without a place to sit besides the bed
- There was nothing that we didn’t like about our stay here, we would 100% recommend to friends and family and will stay again when we come back to Phuket. Thank you
- We had booked with free breakfast, however it was a set menu with limited spread and the breakfast was really bad. We even skipped it the last day.

Very close to everything. Staff were amazing and nice. Facilities were good as well
Only thing I didn’t like was the shower would like to turn cold to hot randomly.
Location, cleanliness and staff
Grate staff, clean and wonderful location,It was really valuable and good choice
The staff Are nice and helpful, they surprised me on my birthday, they came to my room with the cake and small letter from the hotel . I was very happy with it.
Staff was friendly. Room was relatively quiet
Breakfast was at a different hotel 2 blocks away. Room was smaller than I thought.
To be honest, from day one I can say worth it. I got a lady reception called Film she was too kind, too professional, too smiling, it was my 1st day but I felt safe, welcoming in this country, so thanks for Film and the rest pf the staff.Location was good, almost in the middle of everything thing, you can get a taxi and you can for a lot of places.Clean? Room was clean, bathroom also was so clean.Service? I haven’t checked for anything but I can tell they have a good service.Pool? Was good, not too big but it worked, you can enjoy with a sea view.Space? It’s not that big, its good for sleeping, even relax a little.Type of room? Twin bed room with a balcony Price? For all above it’s goood. In the end, I will say thank for Lady Film for warm welcoming, Lady Wah Wah, and ofc for the hotel manager Tharindu he treated us good.Thank you for good service, good room, good price.I will come again, and I will recommended it for friends.See you laterAbdulmalik.

Great locationThe best staff
Noise until 11 pm from outside the hotel
Everything, except some other guests, Aerobic man yells late at night for 2 hours, wake me up at 3am
People arguing late at night from Aribic county, wake me up at 3 am, so loud and staff do nothing. ???
The property gave this rustic, modernized vibe. The property is well kept and managed. In the middle of old town so very convenient walk to everything. A big thank you to Justin from the from desk. He definitely went out of his way to ensure I was treated at the highest level. To be honest everyone working there is excellent and very pleasant. For such a young staff, they definitely have their business together and well organized. This will be my hotel of choice every time I visit.
Everything was excellent
Great location, friendly staff, very clean

Location
No water heater. Unfriendly staff
The staff are incredible! So friendly, helpful and generally fun and entertaining. We stayed in the hotel for my birthday and they surprised me with a little birthday surprise. The hotel is in a good location for the local entertainment and practically on the beach. The facilities were clean and comfortable.
It was noisy due to its location close to loud music. The air con unit was also loud and it caused some condensation in the room (more ventilation needed).
Nice location, room nice size
Didn’t provide the required bed setup, bathroom was dirty found cockroach . Large deposit required upon arrival Was unnecessary Information given about smart bus was incorrect and meant we missed bus
