Great location. Nice clean room. Great last min find. Would stay there again.

If anything, could have used more towels.

Location and rooftop

Staff was hard to work with; amenities are lacking. Only shampoo and body wash provided. Teeny tiny bar soap. No conditioner or lotion. Was excessively pricey. The gym is there so they can check the box. It's a total joke.

Great location. Room itself is a decent size and not bad. Restroom looked decent. Liked the overhead showerhead.

Showers always cycled between water that was too hot then too cold every 2 mins. It was never perfect temp. No air condition in the lobby or hallways at all. Sheets and some drawers were not fully clean. Found some hair strands as soon as I checked in.

Great location very close to beach, restaurants and shopping centers. Nice room with comfortable bed, friendly staff.

The price is little higher than other places. You can hear street noise because the hotel is located in a very busy neighborhood.

In the room have smelling like a mold, they try offer another room but same thing.

Loved the location and the staff. It’s a nice hotel in the center of the action, but it seems to very well insulated because we barely heard any street noise. It was impressive. Only concern was with the smell of the room. It smelled a bit damp…maybe it’s the chemicals they used for cleaning, but being that we were directly under the pool, it was a noticeable smell and a little concerning.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The hotel is 1 minute from the beach. The minibar had water and some drinks (we didn't have to pay extra for the drinks). The room was very spacious.

We paid relatively high prices for breakfast, but breakfast was served in the restaurant/café next to the hotel. On the first few days, we could only order one option, and only later after we complaint were we told that we could order a second time. However, when I mentioned this in the restaurant, I was told that this was not true. The next day, when the hotel coordinated with the restaurant, the first order took almost 50 minutes to arrive, which made us give up on ordering a second time (until then, we couldn't place two orders at once, which we were only able to do on the last day). Basically, we only placed two orders on our last day at the hotel. The pool is in the sun all day and I consider it small (maximum depth 1.20 m). The body soap and hand soap provided by the hotel had very little scent (it smelled like laundry soap). The hotel's Wi-Fi was terrible. Considering the cost of the hotel, I found these points to be very bad.

This was an amazing place to stay at during my trip for a week. The location is amazing, pretty much walking distance to all the things to do near Patong Beach. The staff is very friendly and out of the way to provide excellent service. If you get the breakfast included option, you will go to the next-door coffee shop, which has amazing breakfast and options. The room is spacious and the bathroom is nice and clean with a great hot water. I really recommend this place.10/10

The location is amazing swimming pool is fantastic

Room needs to renew , needs a lot of activity specially in the swimming pool and for the breakfast needs more than what they have in the coffee club

Wonderful staff who were so welcoming. Great location…and well-cared for building. I booked a room with a partial beach view and loved it! Very busy area but my room was quiet. Really loved staying here!

The reason i gave it 6, because they presented themselves on booking more than they actually are, photoshopped images and such. Its not terrible, but really manage your expectations, its not what it looks like on booking

Since the location is pretty close to all the "Patong Shenanigans" which is a blessing and a curse in itself. Its pretty loud in the hotel room up until 11:30pm but after that its dead silent.

New building and Clean environment . Hotel staffs are very kindly and warmest. All the facilities are very well, most important thing is the room tv function is very great, I can watch all the channel that whatever I want to watch.

Absolutely Appalling – Worst Hotel Experience EverWithout exaggeration, this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We couldn't tolerate more than 7 hours at The Bloc Hotel in Phuket—and even that was a sleepless, uncomfortable ordeal.From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. Most of the staff were rude, dismissive, and shockingly unaccommodating—completely indifferent to basic hospitality. The sole exception was Bilal, who displayed a level of professionalism and respect sorely lacking in the rest of the team.Breakfast was disgraceful: outsourced to a café next door, limited to a single basic dish per person, and offering zero Halal options. For a hotel claiming international standards, this is utterly unacceptable.To make matters worse, we were told to handle our own luggage, which had to sit out on the street due to the hotel’s cramped and overcrowded lobby. Unprofessional and careless.The room itself was no refuge. The toilet lock was broken, the balcony door jammed repeatedly, and overall maintenance was clearly neglected.This hotel falsely advertises itself as a 4-star property. In reality, it wouldn’t even earn one. Poorly managed, misleading in its promotions, and fundamentally lacking in service and care. Avoid it at all costs—I regret every baht I spent and every second I stayed there.
