nice hotel, nice location, quiet, swimmingpool good and clean, staff very friendly, close to market, restaurants, shops and food court

Good location, easy parking, great rooftop pool and, lots of chairs and lounges and a huge area overlooking the pool with tables and chairs for eating, drinking and partying

Very noisy aircon, no remote for TV, aerial leed not connected properly , shower in the bath, very dangerous with water everywhere and no bottle water

1.Rooms at Chana Hotel Phuket were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, providing a pleasant and cool environment. 2. The balconies offered nice views, adding to the overall appeal of the stay.

1. The hotel's bathrooms were a significant disappointment, with commode seats that appeared dirty and unsightly, urgently needing replacement. 2. Housekeeping was inconsistent and lacking. Beds were not made, towels and sheets weren't replaced, and soap had to be requested on the second day, which fell short of basic expectations. 3. During checkout, the Housekeeping staff conducted inadequate inspections, which raised concerns about potential deposit deductions. However, these concerns were resolved after pointing out that certain issues were pre-existing and not caused by the guests.

Good location

Staff very bad, the room was with the air conditioning dripping and the balcony door didn't lock. The manager is rude and disrespectful.

Nice hotel, I recommend it???Very friendly staff, always happy to help with any problems...the rooms are spacious.large balcony....Basik is not bad on the roof....everything is within walking distance,Maline plaza market,Bangla Road. excellent

The attendance, they promise us a transfer to the hotel that won’t sent to the airport as combined. Very dirty, the breakfast terrible and the bad structure, the pool with the flor broken.

Nothing is good except the location of the hotel.

It is a rip-off hotel..There is no room service. The staff are rude and difficult to deal with.They are troublemakers and accuse guests of making a mess and make them pay for something they are not responsible for doing! In short, they are scammers. The rooms are filthy and untidy. Guests are not allowed to swim in the swimming pool at night.

The fact we could not bring food or drink into the room, so if the guests are hungry or thirsty they can't drink or eat? Basically forcing guests to buy whatever it's on offer at hotel?Breakfast it's absolutely disgusting, after staying in over 30 hotels up to now I. Can honestly say it's the most Vile thing I've seen. It would be better just not to offer breakfast at all. Disgusting

it was clean and comfortable

we had a leak the first night, told the staff and were told it would be sorted the next day and given a towel, it was not sorted the next day or throughout our stay. Breakfast is very disappointing, not many choices at all and not as advertised. We were told to pay a 500 Baht key deposit but we couldn’t get it back until they had checked our room for damages so it is more of a damage deposit that you are not told about. There are shampoo and soap holders in the bathroom but nothing in them, you just get little sachets instead which are small.

the wi fi is still hopeless I had plenty of data so got by.

the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The no smoking meant that everyone could enjoy a swim and sunbathe in healthy friendly atmosphere.

The Wi-Fi is still not the best .making my own breakfast and eating out suits me as do hard beds and whilst many rooms are run down you will pay far more for worse in busier noisier areas.

THE STAFF (specifically the rude Indian receptionist) WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE, THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY SMALL AND DINGY, EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM IS WEATHERED AND STAINED. BEDS ARE HARD AND COME WITH STAINS ON THE PILLOWS AND BLANKETS. POOL IS UNDERWHELMING WITH A CLOSED DOWN BAR AND WATER THAT MAKES YOUR SKIN ITCH. BATHROOMS ARE GROSS AND HAVE MILDEW AND URINE SMELL, EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS A NO!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE ASHLEE PLAZA ACROSS FROM THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL!!!!!I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, IF YOU COME HERE, RUN!!! THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US EXTRA FOR STAINS ON THE SHEETS BUT THERE WERE ALREADY STAINS WHEN WE CAME INTO THE HOTEL ROOM!!!!!!! UGH TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE

I rebooked because although not perfect Chana (Diamond crown) is the best for price in Patong for me. The pool and area are non smoking and spacious .This area and hotel are quiet and safe near the markets 7/11’s and restaurants .My room with balcony had good ac ;big fridge ; good sized flat tv with standard selection for Asia.

nothing major the wi fi improved in some areas . I don’t like bath showers but found the pool had outdoor and indoor shower.This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel yet spends more time banning food and drink and not enforcing it’s non smoking policy

Great location, close to main road, restaurants and Patong Beach.

Rooms were smelly. Due to mould smell we needed to change the room which was not any better. Bathroom only had bath tub and no shower curtain which became messy after every time we shower. Photos of hotel adv shows water bottles but they don't provide any water for free which many other hotels do provide one bottle per person everyday. Some of the staff members weren't very friendly. Had the balcony but no chair.

wi-fi is hopeless you need data.The pool was spoilt by Russians smoking ,drinking and playing loud music . The lighting is poor and movies freeze in the middle on some channels.tips.check before you pay they stopped complimentary water and I do not recommend tap water unless boil

location is in a quite place lots spa, restaurant are also available near the hotel and Markets are also nearby all in all its a nice place to stay.

The bedsheet where a little dirty other then that I have no complain
