The staff is very nice, the hotel is beautiful, and the beach is very close as well. The breakfast is okay. You can ask for a salad that isn't on the menu, and they will make it for you. The location is good if you're looking for a quiet one, but still within walking distance from restaurants and stores. There is an elevator to the room's floor, and the hotel is fully accessible to people with disabilities.

The only thing we can remark on is that, for that price and this kind of hotel, you can expect to get shampoo in the shower, not cheap, bad-smelling hand soap.

Beautiful modern hotel with fantastic grounds and pools and right on the beach.

We really enjoyed to stay in Twinpalms, room was big, fresh and clean, with a modern decorations. Service and hospitality were excellent. Location,pool and beach absolutely loved.

Didn’t like breakfast. Do not expect much from it. Very poor selection repeated everyday. Bit disappointed.

Completely ruined our honeymoon.

My husband and I booked this hotel for six nights for our honeymoon. We only stayed for one night as when we woke up in the morning, there was a huge cockroach in bed with us. When we opened the door and tried to leave, there was a lizard right outside our room door. I have a severe fear for insects, and have never expected what we experienced would happen at a 5-star hotel. We rearranged our whole honeymoon and booked a flight to Bangkok immediately, and had to book another five nights stay at a Bangkok hotel. We have informed the hotel about this issue on the day we left (15th Dec) and contacted Booking.com for further assistance too. So far, we haven’t received ANY FORM of apology from the hotel, not to mention any refund. The stay at this hotel completely ruined our honeymoon, which also incurs an approximately £2000 extra cost. Disastrous experience, would advise anyone to avoid.

Super comfortable bed and nice beach

super simple breakfast! Bed had so bed smell, like so long time stayed without guest. disappointed, the price not balanced to quality!

Great spot at the end of Kamala beach- good room lay out and all the facilities to make it a comfortable stay- plenty of space and generally a fantastic spot to settle in for a few days

The staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is modern, peaceful, lush, perfectly located by Kamala beach, 5 minutes from Surin beach, and far enough from Patong to have peace and quirks, while only an 18 min ride when you want some mainstream action. Probably the best hotel I stayed at, a delightful, customer centric experience from the minute you set foot in the facilities.

There is everything you want in a 5 stars hotels except that there is no service at all… no one around the swimming pool, impossible to order something to eat around the pool, no presentation of the facilities, poor breakfast

Great stuff, The hotel location Is good!(on the Kamal beach).The room (suite with 1 bed room) was good for family with 3 kids. Nice breakfast and good bars on the beach near the hotel. The kamala beach area is quiet and peaceful for those who seeking escape from Patong area (15 min by car). The total value for money was very good.
