The staff. Professional, cordial and very responsive to your needs. I currently have limited mobility due to an arthritic hip. They made sure I was able to get from my room to the Cafe with the golf cart. Thank you hotel employee for providing that service.

My Beach Resort is a lovely property with large rooms, beautiful views and two great pools on the beach. I was traveling with my two adult children and triples are hard to find in Thailand. The room was comfortable except for the beds, which were very firm to our taste. The view from out room was amazing! While the beach looked beautiful, it was not swimmable as it is covered with rocks. Even when the tide is in, you will not want to swim with those rocks covering the ocean floor. There were a couple of guests that had skinned legs from trying to swim there. That said, is is very quiet and serene. The view is of a marina with quaint boats dotting the water, and beautiful scenery. The breakfast was not great for us, but the pizza (yes, the pizza) and fruit smoothies were delicious! And the coffee cafe next to the pool, which is not technically part of the hotel so you can't charge it to your room, has excellent coffee and the berry smoothie there was 10 out of 10. While the pool areas were lovely, there were not enough nice lounge chairs and people staked them out by 7am! The chairs on the sand were plastic loungers without pads, and there were no umbrellas which we found strange for such a nice hotel. The hotel is quite remote, which we wanted to be out of the party scene. But we did rent a car so we could get around as one of our tours wouldn't even pick us up because we were so far out. I liked driving in Phuket but it is not for the feint of heart! As a weird side note, my son loves snakes and went herping every night there with a fantastic guide named Nathaniel Reece Suriwong who you can find on Facebook. My last comment is about the massage place across the street. It is cheap, but it was the worst massage we got in two weeks in Thailand. I would not recommend at all! We had unbelievably good massages in Bangkok and Koh Samui, not in Phuket. Overall, My Beach Resort is very nice depending on what kind of stay you are looking for.

Wonderful hotel that exceeded my expectations. It is new hotel with clean facilities and excellent beach location. I will select it again in my next visit to Phuket.

The location for having dinner with watching the sunset is great, which is shown as follows in photos. The staff helping us canoeing at the beach are kind and helpful. Picking up service at the airport is well prepared in advance for designating the gate. Foods for breakfast are delicious and various, considering that guests are from all over the world.

Too many stairs from the beach to the rooms on the top. A relatively gentle slope (Literally I have seen one there that is possibly or possibly not what I mean, with the door of it locked unfortunately. ) is better for those living at the higher area of the resort.

We really enjoyed every minute througout our stay here. Everything was amazing . Very kind staff , clean facilities, delicious foods and of course pure pool . Definitely i ll come again in the future

We truly enjoyed my stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help. The amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how welcome we felt throughout my visit.We would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I look forward to returning in the future. I booked sea view room, the view was amazing. the resort is so clean and modern. all the facilities there are so perfect and the stuff are so kind and helpful.

Property located next to the beach which is really comfortable, and first floor room has accessibility to the pool which also amazing, activities like yoga, aqua aerobics, Muay Thai with personal trainer. There is a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops and massage rooms, local food, fruit etc, which is not far from the resort.

Beautiful resort with great views and access to the beach. There are several pools which you can swim in and there is a beautiful beach bar where you can order drinks and food to the beach.Staff were lovely and accommodating and were able to help us book a taxi to go out and explore phuket. They also helped arrange a tour to phi phi islands.

The resort was a little too far from phuket town however the hotel can arrange a taxi for you straight away when you let them know.

We could not get the seafood platter. There was a wedding on Saturday which was a bit constraining

The resort was very big and had a lot of facilities. The food was good and buffet big. However, we were a bit annoyed by the fact that we had screaming kids under our balcony, the hotel was too full making the pool area not enjoyable as all good sunbeds were taken, food prices were very high for that area and that we were charged twice for something by the hotel.

The staff at My Beach are top notch! We stayed here 3 years ago and two staff members, Nat and Duan, remembered us. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. When you stay here you feel like you are part of the family. Shout out to YaYa, Nat, Duan, Cookie, Pang, Nam, Jane, Bom, Jae, Koy and Billy for taking good care of us.We also love the improvements that have been made since the last time we were here. The beach bar is great and the cafe is also lovely.

I think it would be great if the Spa/Massage area was given an upgrade. The ladies are wonderful but I think they need a better space that is a little more private and quiet.

Nice location and room was lovely

Weddings on at the hotel every day and one night you couldn’t even use the restaurant due to the wedding taking place. No notification to paying guests whatsoever. Had to ask and wait for over just short of 4 weeks for the deposit back that was taken on arrival. Room had a so called Mountain View the view was the car park and it was such a disappointment as it was for my husband’s 60TH.

Nice calm beach, friendly staff, good breakfast. We loved the swimming pool. The room was also Very nice. We had the best holiday till now in Thailand there.

The fruits could be more cold, on Some ice perhaps. We had a door in our room wich sometimes we could hear our neighbors a lot.
