Massive bedroom with seaview and bath tub.

Room wasn't very clean when we arrived and I complained.The bicycles ( admittedly no charge to use them) were not maintained properly and some were dangerous as the brakes didn't work. One of the restaurants was so hot we couldn't use it.

No WiFi in my room¿. No telephone. In my room had to haul my baggage 400 yds to reception area. Requested help several different times with the staff and received none. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

The room is very spacious, clean, nice and functionnal. Very comfy.

The personel is very smiley, but not very efficient. They have good will, if you know what you want and are precise, you will get it, otherwise no.

Beautiful and large room, very good breakfast buffet, nice pool, easy access to the beach, acceptable hotel gym, easy to get tuktuks or to walk to a few other things nearby. Very close to the airport and overall a pretty good value!

The hotel has this bizarre decrepit, bombed-out looking parallel wing of the hotel in front of it (blocking sea view) that’s very spooky and strange. The walks to the room are very long as the hotel is linear and most of the “stuff” is at one end. The front staff are fairly unfriendly and their English was lacking to the point we couldn’t discuss that there were errors with my bill. The hotel charges for small things and makes a big deal about them. They wouldn’t let me check out (with my airport taxi waiting) until I either found my room key or paid a fine for it … and this sort of thing was fairly common. Signs about charges for missing towels, etc. Honestly all the threatened charges made a very nice hotel feel rather cheap

Swimming pool was amazing. Gorgeous and lovely furnitures and clean bath room. Peaceful atmosphere, kind staffs. We also enjoyed morning buffet. Perfect!!

The room was comfortable and met our expectations. The pool was exceptional — well-maintained and truly a highlight of our stay. The beach is beautiful, especially if you prefer a calm and uncrowded atmosphere.

The location was quite disappointing. The surrounding area felt lifeless and desolate, with no nearby attractions or lively atmosphere. It lacked the vibrancy or activity we were hoping for, especially during the evenings

Special thanks to one of the pool worker Khun Cake who helped me fix my big toe after it started to bleed some blood. The Hotel Building was beautiful and breakfast was ok.

When we arrived we didn't receive any welcome cocktail/drink as it was promised on the website and when Booking the room. The Hotel didn't Event knowledge our anniversary in any way. Not even congratulating or giving a card. The room was full of sand when we arrived and the air conditioning was really loud. There was also a connecting door in our room which the other rooms guests tried to open in the middle of the night.

Perfect hotel for people and families like quiet places. Perfect not crowded large beach just in front of the hotel.

Wardrobe 2 of the doors not working properly and cracking. The Aircon in the children's room is not working well. 4 huge swimming pools but not enough sun beds. I

I was so surised by how fantastic this resort is. Being so close to the airport but no noise. A traditional style hotel that had beautiful garden and pool area. We didn’t even get to all the pools there is so many! The family room was perfect!

Staff is friendly

Rooms are dated, funny smell and nothing felt like it was cleaned properly. To be honest I felt like the place was to big and had a little staff trying to keep it going... Around every corner you could see it just falling apart. Service was terrible. Couldn't eat the property just didn't trust the place

The hotel, the room, the territory, the pool - everything is huge. The breakfast was great. The staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful. We were going to islands several days before check-in in this hotel and we asked for luggage box for our suitcases and got it for free! The hotel provides free bicycles to make the 7/11 and airplane viewpoint closer :))

The territory is very mysterious and strange. There are three abandoned buildings in front of our room, they are really scaring. There are no shops close to the hotel, you need to walk about 30 minutes or take a tuk-tuk to go the 7/11 shop, but there are some cozy local restaurants nearby.

Very big, takes a while to walk from reception to the rooms. But not a big deal.

This hotel surprised us a lot. Rooms were big and comfortable. Great breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff. Good choice for good price.

The hotel grounds are incredibly vast—bigger than any I’ve stayed at in Thailand before. The pools are beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the interior design is really cozy and well-thought-out. The location is right by the beach, which is actually the airport beach, meaning most hotels here are beachfront and come with a higher price tag. However, since we were planning to visit this beach anyway, we decided to stay here before our departure, making the most of the location.

We booked a pool access room, what wasn't really worth it—our balcony didn't get any sun, and since we were sick, we couldn’t even enjoy the convenience of swimming directly from our room to the main pool area.

Awful monstrosity of some old hotels right next door which some guests would have had to look at from their rooms. Shane that turtles don't come up to lay eggs anymore.

The hotel is large and my room was huge, well furnished with a balcony. It over looked the lovely nature to the rear of the hotel. It also had a Juliet balcony, large bathroom with big a shower and big bath. The air con was good and the hotel was quiet. Water, a kettle, tea and coffee is provided. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool areas are huge. I could swim non stop for as long as I liked. There are many beds to sunbathe on. The buffet breakfast is plentiful. I love watermelon and it was always available. It’s a very short walk (30 seconds) from the lovely beach. The area is not touristy. It’s very peaceful. They have free bikes. I broke my sunglasses. So I cycled to the main road to get some more. There are restaurants nearby for evening meals. The hotel has a good menu too. Reasonably priced. I loved it here.

The bed was a bit firm. Sometimes the towels were taken and not replaced! One of my two cups had a big crack. So when I made a tea. All the boiling water leaked out. Some areas are a bit dated. There was no plant milk available for breakfast.

Room was clean and spacious. Pool and gym. Golfcar drove us through the area at check-in and check-out.

Abandoned buildings in front of the hotel and the endless corridor made it feel really depressing. Almost only Russian guests. Nothing around the hotel. Had to walk miles to get out of the hotel grounds as there was a brick Wall surrounding the whole area.
