OZO Phuket

Perfect location!! 2 minute walk to the beach from the pool via the backside of the hotel on a quiet street with local food vendors. On the busy street in from of the hotel, there are tons of shopping options.

The location was great. The rooms were comfortable. The WiFi was excellent. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The beach was lovely, and having towels to use was very convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and kind and polite. The options for after check out were amazing.

It would have been nice if the pool and towels were available after 6 pm.

The room, plentiful storage, pools, and the short walk to the beach.

The door to the shower did not close the whole way.Consequently water would go out onto the floor.

A/C was unreliable, we were not able to get appropriate temperature in the room. Noise in the room from outside until 02:00 to 03:00 am.Breakfast was below expectations.

I traveled as family of 3 kids 9,7,4 . OZO is where you need to go as family the kids enjoyed the pool and as parents will enjoy the location, the staff is friendly ask for May she was so helpfull , It worth mentioning that after check out by one day we came to know that we forget the ipad , we went back to OZO and the confirmed it and give it back to us .

we liked the location near to Kata night market, 7-11 ,coffee shop and restaurants also its a great area for family

we didn’t like the room size to small compared to the majority hotel in phuket , the breakfast was average

Rooms were not well cleaned every day. Bathroom shower was a bit greasy and not well cleaned while we were there. Most important bed sheets weren’t changed even though i asked the staff couple of times to change them.

The acoustic insulation of the main room door is not good at all — we could easily hear people walking and talking in the corridor outside, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Improving the soundproofing of the doors would make a big difference to guests’ comfort.

The place was conveniently located on kata beach . 2 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to all main markets and restaurants.The pool was nice and clean… kids loved it with the slides

Room service usually gets off after 10 pm halal food options should be more or rather the menu should be halal so all can enjoy .

OZO Phuket is a great resort with excellent service and spacious, comfortable rooms. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Kata Beach. Only downside: no in-room dining. Otherwise, highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

The hotel itself is nice, the territory is well maintained, the breakfast is really good and the staff is very friendly and responsive.There are tons of food options if you can walk for anything from 1 to 10 mins.

1) it is built over a wastewater stream/creek. Most of the days there is a smell of poop coming from it (while there is no poop visible, it is unclear how the smell starts).it is also not the best part of the beach to be close to.2) the rooms are NOT soundproof. One can hear a whisper from 10 meters away in the corridor.3) at least in our room the shower is not assembled right and there are always pools of water in the bathroom.

Excellent for both families and location. The staff really cannot do enough for you. Location wise, you are in the thick of it. The Kata Walking Street is directly opposite the hotel

A lot of sunbeds would have towels placed on them by 7.30am, with the owners not bothering to show up until around 11am
