Staff, location, breakfast. Everything.

The location is excellent—just a 2/3 minute walk to Bangla Road and perfectly within my budget expectations. There’s also a 7-Eleven just 2 minutes away. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room size is relatively small, there is no veranda, and the swimming pool is quite limited in size.

The smell of smoking is excessive, with people smoking in both the lobby and rooms, making it difficult to breathe. Cleaning service is not available during the night, making it difficult to stay if there are any issues with the room. We must wait until tomorrow.

Too close to bangla rd , too loud , hard the get a taxi , always traffic . Do not recommend if you want to chill .

The location is very good, have elevator.

The breakfast is in another building not very far. The windows are not of great quality and also ours was not clear so we cannot see the street. It is noisy, but the noise is coming from everywhere so it is heard as uniform roar and one can fall asleep easily.

Convenient location near the beach and Patong road

It was somewhat noisy if your foom is at the front of the hotel.

all the rooms was non-smoking rooms and if we want to smoke we must go to the street or to the swimming pool on the roof OTH the swimming pool closes at 7PM and opens at 7AM so after 7PM no one can enter the swimming pool even for smoking so we have to go to the street to smoke and the staff was not co operating about it , FYI there is a balcony in the room but the staff was threating us if we smoked in the balcony and the smell got into the room we will pay 2000 Bhat , also every resident have only ONE keycard for entering the room and the same keycard is used for the electricity including the A\C so when you go out the A\C will be OFF and when you come back the room will be humid and it takes time to get cool again

Because the location where it is bedroom was getting a lot of noise from the outside hi music

Very busy area, every night loud music. Room is very tiny.

Honestly, nothing stood out as positive. The location is okay, but that’s about it.

The manager refused to refund a duplicate booking, even though Booking.com allowed the cancellation without charge. I had to spend extra money calling Booking’s hotline because they wouldn’t help me. The lack of customer service and disregard for policies was appalling.

The staff was amazing. Also the breakfast was really nice.

The rooms are not 100% soundproof. We could hear the chatter on the streets and people from the next room. As it is a throw stone away from Bangla Road, it was a struggle to get a good night’s sleep.

The room cleaning staff really good .

1. On entry to the room I couldn’t find the main light switch one of the maintenance staff showed me it was behind the mattress .2. Trouble opening safe .3 . The wifi node was in the room above the entrance which blinked all day and night .4. Where the window faced it was facing the shopping centre over looking there air con units which run 24/7 thus noisey .5. There was smell from the shop below that required the air purifier to be on at night .6. One day they had a blackout and no one contacted use . I was on the 8floor and had to walk down as I went down the emergency lighting didn’t work as I went down the stairs which wasn’t lit on the 8/6 floors no light worked and 2 others where low when I reached the ground floor I informed the staff they didn’t understand .7. I had to go 50+ metres down the road to get breakfast each day . It opened at 8am when you get there at 8 am the food wasn’t ready when they brought it out it was ether Luke warm ore cold .several days they where late brining out the food still the same they where very few changes to the food . There web sight photos are not what it is like .8. The pool is 4 x8 meters not deep . They where doing maintenance on the pool area they put a tarp over the door which wasn’t tied down properly thus it flapped all night keeping me awake I informed the staff they finally fixed it . 9. The room was small it was about 600 mm around the bed as a big person it was tight .

Very helpful and welcoming staff. The location is excellent and worth for the money paid

WiFi was disconnected from time to time. You can hear the high volume of the music from outside.

The Staff Ms. Kat and Ms. Wendy were excellent, good in communication, helpful, we felt they as in front face of the hotel helps the hotel to get more business.

Roof top pool was not well kept. Water was green

location was great as long as you are wanting to be amongst the the action the entire time. even in the morning the street is quite hectic.

aircon wasn’t great, room small but I must say it was clean

The staff where not friendly or accommodating at all. The rooms were very small and beds uncomfortable. Facilities very basic. The price was similar to other hotels on the same street much better.

Felt like a backpackers. Rooms didn't feel or look clean at all. One person at the reception and they didn't want to be there or be asked any questions about anything.
