The ground floor rooms leading straight onto the pool with your own private garden area was lovely.

The kids club is literally a room with some toys which could really do with a clean. The aircon was also not working which meant the room was very hot inside. Secondly, the breakfast was very basic. No yoghurts, very little variety and no option of cheese/ fresh ham/ honey to name a few.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location was good, only a 5 min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and beach bars close by.

The beds are really comfortable but the pillows are too hard , bathroom really could do with a revamp.

Great area to stay, really lovely for families.Hotel was nice and staff were very friendly, pool needs a little fixing as in tiles on the pool floor, but great value, clean rooms and nice staff.

Location was good near the beach and not noisy. Huge pool to enjoy.

There wasn't a bar service and the food service is mainly breakfast.

A few of us found the pillows in the bedroom very hard and uncomfortable.. very poor choice for vegetarians at breakfast..

breakfast was OK/ most food was pre cooked and when you went to get eggs etc they were luke warm

It had a nice pool, but one of my kids with only swimming for around 30 mins in it has really sore eyes and wouldn’t get be in on the last day

The shower design is really bad in the room we had, water leak from it and the bath mat was soaked before the first person got out of the shower, the bathroom smelt of mould, the room smelt funny and we had to have the door of our balcony open during the day when we where there. Breakfast was included but I guess you get what you pay for (nothing) breakfast wasn’t great

The bed in the room was good and the staff were friendly

Very helpful staff, nice pool, comfy bed, good size room. The location is close to the beach and has some bars and restaurants around. Although it's classed as Bang Tao, in a taxi, Surin is closer than Boat Avenue.

Breakfast needs some vegan options! The bathroom was a little dated.

The room was very spacious, very comfortable K sized bed and pillows. The bathroom was ok, but between the shower and bedroom is a big window, which had a broken and torn roll down screen, which is useless.The balcony was also spacious, but we had to move our bedroom furniture out there to sit on, as it was empty. ?Staff bent over backwards to help with any issues we had (TV was a major one, then the kettle stopped working).Coffee and Green tea(only) supplied. If you like black tea, byo, as they tried to charge us extra!They have a basic fitness room which was well utilised, once it's opened, and machines are turned on...We found a great restaurant called Riverside, about 1k down the road. Food was amazing.

If you like massage parlours (with the happy endings), then this is the place for you! It's smack bang in the middle of a whole heap of them. And you can hear the music at night, when you go to bed.The breakfast buffet was the lowlight of the day. What a disappointment ? The variety was really poor, 3 types of chopped up fruits, plain yoghurt, a small salad bar. (Lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and cucumber) And for the supposedly hot section, cold frozen chips, cold tasteless noodles, cold tasteless fried rice, cold overcooked (chicken) ham/ sausages, waffles every second day, and then there was the egg station, fried eggs which were undercooked or omelettes not made to order, but left in a tray to get cold. All the food was on induction cooktops, but not turned on.?Coffee, tea and cordial(not juice!) continually ran out, as did the cups. The whole place is a bit tired and in need of a make over, grout (and tiles) missing in alot of places in the pool. No showers by the pool to wash off before or after, either.?You may think you're in Moscow, not Thailand!

The front desk staff was very rude the fertility was bad the water from the bathroom run out in the toilet and settle so w walk on water all the time. And have a bad odor

Location is great with bars/restaurants next door or close by. The king size bed was comfy as were the pillows. Complimentry breakfast was good with a selection of eggs, juice, tea & coffee & fresh fruit

Although the breakfast was good the second morning my wife & I had to search for staff to cook our eggs as nobody was present to offer cooking. Also if advertised at reception that breakfast includes orange & pineapplee juices then please have these. There was no pineapple juice either morning. Our room was very spacious with huge bathroom however we had 2 chairs & a table which were inside the room but when I asked staff about not having outdoor furniture for our balcony they moved the seats & table from inside to out. That was fine but it left us nowhere to sit inside which i must admit would have enough space to put in a 3 seater sofa, something to be able to sit & watch tv or eat room service

Good location near Bangtao beach, 7/11 & various restaurants. Smaller but highly recommended Suri beach. Rent scooter options 250.300 THB/day. Exchange Offices- check rates, then change money. Clean swimming pool, pleasant staff, very good WI-FI. We really enjoyed two weeks there。

Stereotypical breakfast, but tasty and enough for us.

It is a very relaxed chilled out place to stay and the staff are eager to help with anything you need. By coincidence the battery in my safe and the batteries in my door lock ran out on separate days during my stay. Both times a maintenance man was there within 5 minutes of my reporting the issue and fixed immediately. These things happen and for me, it’s how it’s dealt with that shows how good the service is. Excellent

The hotel itself was lovely! The room was perfect and the pool equisite! Great place to escape from the heat and chill between adventures! The hotel were helpful in allowing me to pay a small fee to be able to check out later in the day as my flight was in the evening.

The hotel restaurant was very dissapointing. The staff cannot speak any English at all so ordering was difficult. The food was also sub par. They can certainly improve here and if they do would have a great all round hotel. Also note that the hotel is not seafront. The walk to the beach is not long but the roads are very narrow so a bit of a difficult walk.

The gardens and Pool. Food was tasty

The noise at night, room was cleaned ok but had to look away at some areas such as stains around bottom of toilet.
