The Sixteenth Naiyang Beach Hotel- Free Schedule Airport Shuttle

LOCATION. Great Italian restaurant down the alley a few doors down. Good enough breakfast at hostel next door. And both the beach and the airport are walkung distanvr.

So close to the airport with a rooftop pool! There's a great massage place next door too!

Towel had a stain on it. Would have been nice to have soap by the sink rather than walking to the shower to use that soap dispenser. Not a deal breaker though.

The staff were extremely friendly and it was just wonderful!

No we loved it!

The proximity to the airport and to a beautiful beach .You can walk on the beach to a point where you see planes landing and have great pictures. Many places to eat or get a massage or 7/11 near by.Rooftop pool.

The hotel needs a little renovation. Very small balcony.

Location was extremely convenient, value for money

Got woken up in the middle of the night by noises from other rooms, so not the best sound-proofing

This hotel was amazing value for money. Only stayed a few hours waiting on a flight but would definitely stay overnight and book again.

No bar that we could find and pool area could do with getting done up.

Nice-sized room, clean and comfortable. Great location, easy to walk to and from the airport if you stay on arrival or before departure. If you need, the shuttle service offers pick-ups and is available. A great transit hotel.

No safe, and lots of signs stating the hotel has no responsibility for lost or stolen items, which is a bit disconcerting. Seems very open around the base of the hotel with an open stairwell to all levels, and no swipe card system in the lifts.

Close to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable, albeit small. Plenty of amenities within walking distance.

They are sticklers about the check in time frame. Hotel is a bit dated and doesn't match the photos. Very noisy hotel with people coming and going all night.

- The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and great air conditioner.- The rooftop pool was a highlight, with great views of the airport and perfect for watching planes take off and land.- The location is also very convenient for a one night stay before a flight.

- Breakfast had a decent variety, but all the warm food was cold and somewhat tasteless.- We booked a transfer to the airport for 15:00 and had been waiting in the lobby for a while, but the van left empty right before 15:00, and we had to wait about 20 minutes for it to come back and pick us up. Mind the time you book it.

Complimentary bike was great to reach beach , and return with ease

I thought the extra charge to have late check out was a bit expensive, but I did pay to check out at 4pm

Absolutely nothing, except for the close proximity to the Airport.

I requested drinking water at the reception while checking in, as I wasn't well, the receptionist refused and said water is only available in the room.I requested for someone to take a small bag to my room but I was blatantly refused. They didn't even provide dental kit in the room...to every request their answer was no.

We stayed at The Sixteenth Naiyang Beach Hotel for several days as our flight home was repeatedly delayed. The hotel’s close proximity to Phuket Airport, combined with the free scheduled shuttle service, made it incredibly convenient for our situation.Although simple in style, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing spot to unwind between uncertain travel plans. The staff were understanding and accommodating during our extended stay, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. With nearby shops, food options, and a nice rooftop pool to relax by, it was a practical and reliable choice for anyone needing a base close to the airport while waiting for flights.

A few downsides: breakfast options were very limited, and there isn’t much to do nearby. If you want to visit the beach, be prepared to walk about 30 minutes, or pay conservation fees to enter the park area closer to the hotel.

The hotel does not look too new but the room where we stayed was so new, bed sheets and towels were very white and smelled good.Loved the breakfast buffet.10 min walk from the airport10 min walk to Nai Yang beach and national park.7-11 next doorNai Yang cafe next door.

Super spot for watching planes. Good breakfast, clean room. View from the room and from the pool.

very near the airport and the beach

the staff don't know to speak English but one of them was very good

It was walking distance from the airport. Clean and convenient

Breakfast was a little cold but the food was good

Nice and comfortable hotel close to the airport. Very convinient for a night before the early flight. A pool with a good panoramic view on the roof of the hotel. Good breakfast.

I didn’t show up for my stay there because I chose it for the 24hr free airport shuttle but no one ever responded to my multiple requests through booking.com for pick up arrangements! I ended up staying elsewhere!
