Smile Residence

Friendly staff Super Clean room Room was nice and large Updated August 6th - Staff was Really Great and Helpful! We plan on returning... in November

no mattress, only a box spring - very uncomfortable. Fortunately, my fianc needed a bed topper. We bought one for our stay which helped alot. Our room was facing a main street so it was a noisy location. HOWEVER, We are going to return again. The price is good, the staff was outstanding. I recommend this hotel.

Room is spacious and very clean the hot shower work well

The outdoor aircon unit was facing in the balcony and when we sit outside is very hot due to air-cond outdoor unit

Great location near the beach, nice pool and very friendly staff. Good Wi-Fi and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing missing in the room was a safe and a tea kettle.

Great room and balcony. Very comfortable and close to some activities and food but still tucked away from the bustle of the city. Easy check in and good experience overall.

Good location. Friendly staffs. Pool and parking available. But no hair dryer

Spotlessly clean room with a nice big balcony and view of the Big Buddha. Staff were all super pleasant, and responsive. It's close to a big road, but honestly there was very little noise.

No kettle in the room and virtually no English TV channels.

staff were so friendly and nice, room was cleaned everyday with free water. room was so moderns we were so happy with it! it was so peaceful and private we loved staying here.

The location was great - near eating places, massage, supermarkets

The white lights in the room was not nice, could have warm white / yellow bulbs

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is very big but quite old school, still very good for the price.

No safe to store valuable items

Clean, good space in room

No coffee or boiler for water, hard bed

The internet was pretty good. there are good restaurants in the area. There is a laundry service right next to the property.

The AC in the room didnt work very well. Ordering a taxi with them is a scam, they charge you double the price the driver would normally charge you and keep the difference.

Perfect location. Perfect swimming pool. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Comfy beds. Good shower. All I need for a good hotel.

Large, clean and comfortable room. Great location to visit BIG Budha and beaches if you have a motorbike. Staff helpful and friendly. Very welcoming.

Not the most comfortable mattress and pillows. Both need replacing.

The bed was comfy and the room is in a great location! We really like the close access to the pool and how easy it was to check in and check out.

There were ants crawling on the floor of the room. The ants were also all over the bathroom. Perhaps pesticides would help.

Clean, comfortable and quiet, with good aircon. The staff were friendly and efficient. I stayed for nine nights, and my room was spotless every day, unlike so many other hotels where one has to chase the front desk to get even a basic clean done! I will definitely recommend to my friends

Amazing room SIze, quiet and clan. the best place near Chalong roundabout

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was delightfully cool and with the perfect options for lying on a lounger in sun, patchy shade or full shade. The rooms I stayed it were both clean, very large and smart looking. The hotel was also immediately next to a place to get food and another for lovely drinks. It was very accessible for me to make sure I rested my injury.

Would benefit from having a lamp or some very gentle low lighting.

Location and cleanliness

Good standard of rooms need more facility like breakfast

the ladies who run the front office are so kind and helpful! It feels like a family establishment. Great upkeep, the room and balcony were very clean and comfortable. We were only there for a night but I would definitely stay again.

The location was good for food, bars, etc. but it was a bit of a drive to beaches.

Good size room and bathroom.

The mattress was rock hard and woke up with a sore lower back
