Maya Phuket Airport Hotel-Naiyang Beach

Best part of the hotel is the proximity to airport---able to walk to airport in about 10 minutes or less. There is a shuttle to airport but it’s ridiculously priced at about 250 Thai Baht! Room was noisy from the air-conditioner outside on the patio.

There is a charge for airport shuttle--should be free! Noisy due to air-conditioner, hard to sleep due to noise and slamming doors outside.

Beautiful design, relaxing pool. Can't beat the location - it's just a 10 minute walk to the airport!

I liked how Pikun & Huda were helpful and hospitable.They arranged everything to exceed my expectations and they made me feel very welcomed.d helped in planning my day trip and when to go to the airport. The rooms were gery clean and the hotel was nice.

Location. Short walk from the airport

Old. Basic. Arrived at 9:30pm. Waited 20 minutes for front office staff to appear.

Pool seemed clean. Large room. Staff were nice.

No chairs to sit on outside on my deck, even when I asked for some. So for a pool. Walkout its not worth it as you can’t just sit outside to enjoy your coffee on your deck by the pool. No chairs or table inside the room - so it was on the bed for coffee. Was upset that other rooms cheaper had the chairs and even if the room was not occupied I couldn’t use the chairs.

Very bad wifi.Stuff is not helpful, asking fee for anything. I asked to call to car rental, they asked 300 thb. Breakfast is average. Room is large, but that is only plus.The drainage in shower was clogged. I have stayed in two other neighbor hotels, they were providing 10/10 services, regardless being it one night stay.

We stayed there for one day because it was close to the airport. Since that was our main reason we reserved the hotel, it met our expectations. The room was nice and clean.

The noise from the construction outside and we had some issues with the wifi.

There was a little miscommunication, but when I got there, the staff member was so accommodating and so helpful. It was not their fault. It was my fault. The room was very lovely. It was so close to the beach. It was very comfortable. I also love that it’s so close to the airport.

I wasn’t really sure where the shopping stores were, but I wasn’t there too long

The room was big and a/c worked. Staff were all very pleasant.

The biggest let down was the pool. It was seriously not clean. They should have warning signs up not to go in there. It was murky, and had lots of things floating in it. So almost all the rooms look onto the pool - but cause it is filthy it is just depressing.

The room was spacious and king bed is a plus. The bathtub and bathroom equipment is high end with modern touch.TV was huge and clear but only Thai channel, no option for netflix or cable tv.Aircond also cooling but noisy.

I guessed its was 4star before due to space and hotel furniture but it was not well maintain.The bed all facing the sliding door but only with blackout curtain.If you wanted natural light,it will be clear window to outside..no privacy. Like a display box. Putting sheer curtain would be nice and give a little privacy. The bathtub is huge and nice ,sadly the water was dirty..it was yellow!.During our stay, we are the only one there, judging from there is no light at all from other room..kinda creepy.And when the strong winds blow ,it give you that hollow sound and creeps me out.Luckily its just for one night. Wont stay longer here.

No hooks to hang towels and the lighting was either fully on or completely off, no small lamps.

Beds were comfortable, Close to airport, Good value for money.

The only good thing is it’s proximity to the airport , the management needs to do and be better , waited in the reception over 20minutes , the receptionist was nowhere to be found .. when we got into our room it was extremely hot , usually when a room is paid for you make it cool for the guest but this was opposite, everything seems to be out of maintenance Great location but they can do better

Room doesn’t have shear curtains so if you want a day light ,you have to face room across and you can see through everything! Aircon is a disaster, smells and noisy , we woke up with blocked nose .Breakfast was not good .

Close to the airport, 300 m. The beach is also 300 m, but entrance fee is requested. It is possible to walk around the entrance point to avoid payment. Pool is OK.

They could offer the shuttle to the beach.
