Although the air conditioning system is old, it provided sufficient cooling in the room. Melih was very attentive with room service; water and coffee were refilled daily, and we did not experience any issues in this regard. This was a positive aspect of our stay.

Charging extra for a second room key and even for basic requests such as an additional bedsheet is an unreasonable and negative practice. There was no late breakfast option and no fresh coffee service during the day, which made it difficult to spend time inside the hotel. The lobby was not adequately air-conditioned, was very hot, and did not offer a comfortable seating area. There was also no fruit service. In addition, the absence of airport or city center shuttle services meant that we had to rely on taxis every time, which was inconvenient.

The breakfast is very low with no variety at all. Most of the things are cold and not eatable anymore like the omelettes. Toilet was very bad!! The water did not flush and it keeps getting clogged!! There was not Thea offered in the room which was very disappointing and not logical. You’re serving coffee in the room but no Thea? What’s that… there was no safe box in my room when I arrived, no proper laundry service…

Breakfast was a little bit cold and for an European man (who eat lot) this breakfast is very small. People in Asia eats more frequently and smaller bits, therefore breakfast could be enough in average.There is no any informative paper or guidance about how to use public transport or how to navigate in Phuket if you dont have car nor scooter.

It was very modern and clean and our room was good. The pool area was nice and breakfast was good in the morning.

Wasn’t much of an option at breakfast but had food. The location wasn’t the best as we struggled to find local places to eat for dinner and was about over an hours walk into the old town.

It was spacious and cozy. The pool and gym were amazing. Nice breakfast.

Disappointed

Not a great experience. The front desk staff is rude (unless you’re white). They were missing a bed in their Deluxe room, and we were asked to adjust and sleep on the sofa or take our money and leave after almost spending 2 hours checking into the hotel. FYI, we booked the hotel a couple of months in advance, but they did not have the room they advertised in the pictures. We had to fight from the get-go to get everything that was booked. Even until the end, we were cheated; we booked a car to the airport, and they charged us for a van on their list. When I questioned the rude man at the front desk about it, he said they charge per person sitting in the car. Nothing made sense, and they would get really offended if we questioned them about anything. Don’t book this place; it's far away from everything and honestly not worth the hassle and treatment. Whatever money you save, you will spend on cabs since everything is so far away.

Suite room is quite good size

Everything. It’s in the middle of nothing. I got food poisoning from breakfast. Breakfast is horrible. Check in takes like half hour. Room service comes in the evening or doesn’t come at all.

Property was big and clean had a nice swimming pool and a gym

we stayed more than a week with cold water and despite various reminders they never remedied the problem. only the last two nights they changed our room

The check in process was quick and easy.We were offered a room on the top floor like we prefer.The location is very quiet and not far from a big road so it's good if you have a car.There is a Family Mart nearby (2-3 minutes walking distance).WiFi was okay, stable and good enough.As a tea lover, I was pleased to see big cups and tea bags of a decent brand.There was a proper mini-fridge, bigger than at most other hotels.

The hotel was almost empty, we didn't see a single other guest during our entire stay.The receptionist was there only when we arrived for check in, but we never seen anyone at the reception again (except for the guard at night). Felt a bit creepy to stay in an empty hotel.There was a foul smell in our rooms, not sure what it was (not just a sewer smell) but we could barely stand it. Probably the hotel was closed for a long while and just re-opened recently.Rooms weren't cleaned for our arrival, there was a layer of dust on all surfaces. At least they have changed the bed linens.The location is a bit far from everything, if you don't have a car/motorbike you will be stuck there. Walking to the Phuket Old Town will take about 40-50 minutes.There are no nearby restaurants, only a Family Mart.Considering the price though, it was a good value for money even though we wouldn't make the same choice again should we go back in time.
