Grand Supicha City Hotel

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Location is good in a way that it is close to old town and there are nice restaraunts nearby. Bus terminal 1 is easy to reach by walk.

WiFi almost unusable on the 5th floor. At night the street was very noisy with motorcycles and sometimes dog bark.

Relatively close to the old town, easy to call a taxi with Grab. Nearby you can find a smaller 7-11 supermarket, also on the street behind the hotel you can find some very good restaurant, serving local cuisine. The pool is clean, kid-friendly with max depth about 1.20 meters. No disturbing noise from nearby rooms, AC worked perfectly fine. Also, despite that we had room on higher floor, there were no problem with drainage in the bathroom. The bathtub is large and relaxing. Payment was transparent, no hidden cost as expected from a hotel.

Somehow I found the bed very hard in the middle, so had to sleep close to the edge for a relaxing sleep. But it was only for me, others from the family did not complain about it. Breakfast is a little bit minimalist, expected more variety from fruits, doesn't worth the money. Pool is typically somewhat cold as it doesn't have that much direct sunlight during the day.

Provided water and tea/instant coffee.

Beds are very hard and they do not provide a topper. The service is ok not able to communicate well. Had to move rooms because of no hot water. AC never got cold. Too far from old town.

I liked that I could be picked up from the hotel to go on my boat tour.

The staff are HORRENDOUS. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. When I arrived to check in, one receptionist was sitting at the desk doing her nails. Another was seated behind her eating some bread. The one who assisted me with checking in looked like she just woke up from a nap. Her entire appearance was sloppy, not like she was ready to work with guests. They proceeded to give me the room key and pointed in a general direction. There was no assistance with our baggage or even any explanations about the room and amenities. I wouldn’t stay here again. AT. ALL.

The Room needs more lighting the Room was very dark.

Great hotel right near Phuket old town and within walking distance. Only thing that let it down is - if you put do not disturb sign on your door, they will call you and ask you if you want the room cleaned. And wake you up. They also called to see if I was checking out, despite having 40 minutes to spare. They overuse the very loud annoying phone. The main path by the pool can also be extremely slippery.

Great room and quality building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and spacious rooms. Good value for money and great location close to old town Phuket.

Very dated, the breakfast was no value, cold food, couldn’t make a simple request for an omelet instead microwaved already cooked eggs. Lack of fruit, second day was just the day befores food. Simple request to order a taxi was to much trouble.

Hands down 10/10. The best value for the price in Phuket Old Town. The hotel is big, the rooms huge and so elegantly designed with way more than average comfort. It is one of those insider secret spots, though they deserve to be known. I extended my stay several times and experienced 3 different room categories, all were fabulous! The ones facing the pool a little less quiet when some guests sit by the pool at night to chat (and that's not the hotels fault). Staff is lovely and if the 10 min walk to or from the city feels too much, you order a grab motorbike taxi and you will drive 3 min for 1€ to the city center and back.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the Old City. The staff did not speak a word of English. The breakfast was terrible and expensive. There is no 7/11 and no coffee shop/restaurant close by.

Only thing that is to be likeable is the staff and the rooms are clean.

The hotel is very very old... There is so much noise that you aren't able to sleep past 9am.. the cleaners shout and talk very loudly every morning, the location is very far from everything holiday related and THE DOORS... every single time the door opens and closes you will hear it.. if its next door or 5 doors down, the doors slam shut viciously every time.

Great location and stay. The pool was amazing and the location was convenient for old Phuket.

Perfect stay! Had a room on the 7th floor with great views. 5-10 min walk to the centre just outside of main area of phuket!

Good hotel with nice views of the town, as we had rooms on the upper floor. Location near the center and quite place. Good value for money, spaciuos apartments.

No access to the restaurant following check in. Staff directed us to a local cafe 5 mins away. Have to leave a cash security deposit which is refunded when checking out.
