Aqua Resort Phuket - Near Beach and Chalong Pier

Aqua is a very nice new modern hotel and the staff are excellent

The staff was amazing and the accommodations were superb

Location was not close enough to street markets, mall, and popular locations.

The room was clean, and the pool was also well maintained and pleasant.

The staff at the reception did not have a basic level of English, which made communication very difficult. Given the international nature of the hotel, it would be reasonable to expect at least basic English proficiency at the front desk. Additionally, the breakfast was poor in both quality and variety.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The staff are friendly, warm, and even cat lovers—which made the environment feel extra homey. The location is great too; it’s close to a new township and just a short distance from Nai Harn Beach, which I personally prefer over the usual Patong crowd. It feels like I’m discovering a new side of Phuket.There are plenty of halal food options nearby, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven are just a walk away. It’s a wonderful place for healing and quiet relaxation. Just a small tip: be mindful of mosquitoes, especially in the evenings.Overall, a lovely stay and a place I’d return to again.

The hotel is tucked off the main road and its modern and clean. The room was clean and and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also a nice size, room for more than one person to be in there at the same time. The breakfast options were just okay, only western breakfast offered. All in all, I felt like it was good value for the money spent.

Awesome service! The staff and facilities are super helpful. The view is great. Plus, there are lots of restaurants close by and parking too.

The hotel itself was amazing, everything was very clean, well organised, the stuff was super helpful and I enjoyed my stay a lot.

The only issue that I’ve had was the location, since everything is very far in Phuket it took me some time to arrive to the activities that were interesting for me.

Big and clean rooms, but hotel is far from the beach, where you can go swimming to, need to take a cab.Very nice reception staff, very helpful and kind! Always ready to help and assist with anything needed!

the beach next to the hotel was not for people to swim in, for boats only, which meant we had to take a taxi daily to the nearest beach. This added to our expense, as I specifically booked the hotel as it was located next to the beach. It would be good if it was noted that the beach can not be used.

Staff were excellent - the resort is great with lovely pool and rooms with balconies provide lovely views of the pool and islands in the distance. Great location to recharge having been on the smaller Islands for a couple of weeks.

Location is quite out on a limb - nothing much directly alongside to entertain people - taxis are easily ordered at reception so this is a good thing.

The location is really bad… to get to anywhere one needs to take a taxi + is takes quite a bit of time to get places, also it’s quite of a let down that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast buffet included in price… the beach near the hotel stinks and isn’t swimmable at alone which is a real minus…

Nice clean hotel located near to the dual carriageway but not very noisy. Good value at the high season price point.

I loved the pool , and that someone came in everyday to change towels and top up on essentials

Pillows in the bed was not the best

Room, ease of entry and exit, staff were helpful with the tools they were given. Very clean. Ease of parking. Quick drive to Rawai Beach.

Restaurant was useless, no bar, no room service.

The room was comfortable, housekeeping came by daily and managed the room really well.The staff offered different pillows when asked.The Pool was at the back of the hotel, covered from wind, making it quite hot.

The hotel was beautiful, wonderful views we spent lots of time on the balcony just looking out to the islands. The pool was large and the staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good and the service was great.

It was a little far away from everything so we spent a bit more on transport but perfect if you just want to relax

If you want a quiet, secluded rest this hotel is for you. It’s pretty far from everything. Taxi is expensive in Phuket

We really enjoyed our stay, lovely staff and very clean room. Good facilities and amenities. The pool was the best part!

The location wasn’t the best, would need to rent a bike to get around the area.
