We have reservation for 2 adults. Reception didn’t provide 2 key cards! Only one! For second key card you must deposit 300THB! Super strength rules!

Lovely staff.good location.nice pool.Very good value for the upscale resort it is in.Surrounded by good restaurants,shopping etc.

Looked nothing like the photos was mould everywhere and was discusting

The staff was great and super welcoming. They gave us the best room at the far end of the hotel, away from the road and the ongoing construction in the lobby. The pool was fine, but it's located just 5 meters from the main road, in case you haven't checked the map yet.

If you book a room on the roadside, it will be noisy due to the traffic.

Room is spacious and per the photos and the bed is comfortable.

Did not know this was undergoing a major renovation. Otherwise, we would've booked elsewhere. Near lobby area, front size of hotel and pool area is a building zone. Pool is out of use. Internet was unreliable to the bedrooms (hence another guest was working in the hallway) although after they adjusted something it worked sufficiently for us.

Location and the staff

I don’t like the fact that most of the facilities were under renovation and I don’t believe that I received an email regarding renovation. The room was very clean but showing signs of being rundown. The swimming pool had no walls so unfortunately uncomfortable to use. Open to the street and cars and can be seen by anyone on foot.

If you don't get the lake view room then you get a room right next to the road, with a tiny courtyard, although I'd say you can hear the road from the otherside too.There was construction going on at the property next, which by the looks will take a long time, so it was very loud by the pool, I didn't even bother trying to swim there

I liked the size of the rooms! The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Cute, little spot that is near Villa Market where you can buy everything you need that the USA also has. Room had a mini fridge but would be great to have a microwave!

Breakfast was decent but wish there was an ice machine and laundry service. I wish there was a door or a shower curtain so the water from the shower didn't spray out to the sink and the floor. It does not make sense to me that the shower and the sink would use the same space. Not enough parking spaces for a resort. We rented a car from Phuket Airport and had to find parking elsewhere that was not in the front of the resort on Day 2. The resort literally had only 4 parking spots and on the side was mopeds. It fits maybe 4-5 mopeds.

Great hotel in a very good location for the shops and restaurants on Boat Avenue. The rooms are very comfortable, most with views over the lake. The staff are all lovely, with a special mention for Ploy, who was always delightful.

The location was great, near the local market and lots of restaurants.Staff are friendly, and quite in general.

The room is tired and molded in the bathroom. The room is not that spacious either compared to another hotel in the southeast of Asia.

Close to shopping area . Bit far from beach

The road to get there was a bit dodgy for pedestrians

Staff were very friendly, lagoon was beautiful and peaceful with lots of wild life, room was spacious and clean.

Everything was lovely but the pool could do with a bit more shelter and shade as it was a bit gooey at the bottom of the shallow end, potentially some mold due to exposure.

The staff and location were the only things that smoothed out the impression of the hotel

Thin walls - you can hear any rustle in the neighboring room. Five rooms of the hotel are located less than a meter from the road and the noise of engines prevents sleeping all night. There is no ventilation in the bathroom - not really an option for a romantic trip

Excellent location very close to shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is just a 25 min stroll. Very comfortable spacious rooms and comfortable bed.

A smell now and again from the drain in the bathroom when it rained

Convenient location to restaurants and Boat Avenue shopping, staff were helpful and friendly and a feature of the hotel.

Badly needs a renovation. If you claim the star rating you need to live up to it.

Reception guy was rude and unfriendly

Location is very nice, close to local amenities in Boat Avenue - restaurants, coffee bars etc. Also free parking on-site. The room was very large and spacious, good air con. I didn't eat at the hotel as I ate locally elsewhere with some friends. The location is also fairly quiet - no noise at all from outside - the room faces a lake.

Hotel is a bit old compared with some other hotels around so the decor inside and outside is a little tired. The facilities are also a bit spartan - no Gym or Pool, but this did not bother me as I have stayed there before and know the place.
