Immaculate. .. friendly and helpful staff made me feel special. ...great location - close to all the action of Patong Beach but at the far south end where it is quiet and uncrowded and clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

The property is the way to go for a budget friendly stay in Phuket. We stayed 1wk with 2rooms for $1300. It has a little restaurant beside the lobby where you can dine and watch the beach front. You can walk to the famous Bangla Market/Patong Beach market about 20-30mins while walking at the Patong shore from the hotel. If you reach Bangla market by walking you will also have access to the Jungceylon shopping center. Alot of restaurants/bars/cafes walking distance. I love that it is just walking distance.

Just to clarify, you have to cross the road before reaching the shoreline that means while dining at the restaurant you are watching people walking and, vehicles passing by your view of the beach (same with the rest of the restaurant nearby). It will be crowded at times because it’s in front of where people from the cruise disembarks and visit Phuket. There are two signature hotels, so make sure that you tell the driver the exact location this hotel.

It was nice to have the large 501 room, and this is the second time we've stayed there...

We had some kind of worm in the bathroom and they were in the bathroom and shower.... Creepy

I liked the location and laundry service. Pool was nice.

There was no service for our luggages. We had to bring our luggages to our room ourselves.

great room with a view - it is next to a somewhat busy road though, but this is one of the closest rooms to the water in Patong, and walking distance to everything

the room is well designed, but can benefit from some maintenance of the outside paintwork.

I really loved the location and beach access. It was far enough away from all the noise but walking distance from it as well.

I did not like the wet smell of the property.

Outdated rooms and the windows were not soundproof. You can hear all the traffic and music from the street even at 3 am at night.

Really bad hotel for 4,000 bath a night. Everything Very old super stinky I went there i can’t even stay for two minutes i have to check out. I don’t know how they got that price. Totally scam picture is scam liar. Everyone don’t go there ??

Location and breakfast.

Room smelled moldy and shower was cold.

Location of the hotel is great and the food at the restaurant down was good. The view was beautiful and road cross away to the beach.

The ac at our room was bad and did not work well mainly on days when the weather is hot. Lights in the room did not work. The room was not cleaned before we reached as someone else’s clothes were still there. Shower accessories were of bad quality and we needed to buy some ourselves.

The location and design were great. Quite well thought out esthetics. Decent enough breakfast and lovely staff.

Towels were ragged. Bed was hard and the outside ambient noise was disturbing with loud bass and some traffic.

Location and food quality

No toilet tissues, had to ask themsome insects were eating the wood on the wall I asked them to clean but they didn’t. i cleaned it myself but next day morning the table was messed up again. Hotel needs some pest control.Restaurant food was good but very slow service. Had to ask for water couple of times, had to ask for coffee many times. But still they bring everything as per their convenience only. Seems like Whatever you request goes to deaf ears.

I booked a room with a Pool however I couldn’t use pool even at once. It’s hotel’s responsibility if they are selling a room with a pool , it has to be Warm and not freezing cold. Otherwise no use of selling it. So this is not a complaint however it has to be brought to the notice of hotel management.

Best location. Very clean, comfy big room. Great view. Walking distance to everywhere. Highly recommended.

we always book in this hotel because of its location near to the beach and also to our home.The rooms are unique and the rooftop area and the pool is beautiful with its panoramic view.The room we book is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This time we booked the apartment room next to the pool.We were a bit concerned about our privacy since the pool area is common area for the guests and our room has a glass door before we get inside.I thought it was a tinted door for privacy but its not and we can be seen if we hang on the balcony or let the curtains open at night.Also i think the room can be entered thru the pot of plants coz there is tiny gap that can be pass thru. Also the kettle we used that time was kinda broken but is still functional.i forgot to tell the receptionist coz we only used it once for coffee.also they forgot to give the robes when we got there.

Staff were very friendly and nice , decoration of the room is nice ( only with the bath tab outside , there are restaurants downstaire , 7 eleven is not too far away 5 min walk

Price on booking is higher than in the hotel , neighbors are loud and there is no control , rooms are not similar , they gave me a very small and smelly room that can barely fit the luggage and after raising a complaint theya have changed it to a bigger one , amenities in the hotel are not good ; pool gym very small . Quality of the bedding , tissue and towels is not the best but not too bad Location : is beach front but there is a road so it doesnt have a beach access + its a bit far away from bangala road and other important places

The morning receptionist could use training on customer care. We thought there would be breakfast buffet, but wasn't.
