Staff mean and discriminate

The location was away from hustle and bustle Man on reception helpful. Good choices for breakfast. The resort pet cats. Very friendly. The back of the hotel where you have breakfast was picturesque.

They didn’t respond to messages They didn’t answer our requests On arrivals the lady was rude. Our first negative person experience in Thailand. The air con in one of the rooms wasnt working. Moved to another room which was a downgrade by half but no refund. And air con although working very loud and slept badly as a result. Shower cold and weakCockroaches in shower and rooms Dirty rooms. The furniture needs pulling out and deep cleaning. Other people’s hair everywhere. Pubes and dead insects. Stained bedding Rubbish around pool. Left by other guests but rarely cleared away. Saw numerous rats. Prob because of the rubbishPool had lots of broken tiles and so kids cut themselves a few times. Broken beds around the pool. Lack of pool towels.

Location was good

After midnight, the path lights are turned off, making it difficult to enter or exit the room. The bathroom is poorly maintained, with inadequate water facilities, no proper hot water for the shower, and a non-functional washbasin sink.Additionally, the restaurant service is slow, and the food is not as tasty as expected.

Not comfortable while staying here

Stay here for 4d3n, the room not so clean. The room not include iron, don’t have towel, umbrella, hair dryer (have to ask from the receptionist). Others room have, but not my room ?

The staff are pleasant and easy to deal with. Whatever you ask for you get :)

The facility, the picture is a lot more prettier than what it actually is, very small as well and the shower didn’t work and the bed is hard. We couldn’t get a refund after one night staying there but they moved us to a bigger room. As soon as I arrived I was disappointed straight away because the picture was very deceiving.

Location was okay with good restaurants but everything in this hotel need renovation! Staff were rude!

Everything broken! Shower ? was very weak! They did not maintain for a long time! They have a big reminder of everything how much they would charge if something was broken! Bad experience! Not worth of money

Water Pressure is disappointing and fluctuates too much to wash yourself properly. I don't have long hair so it was passable, but I would not recommend it to someone who wants to wash their hair daily and have really long hair.The breakfast is too basic and even though I paid for it, I only went one time, but afterwards never again.

Set away from the busy streets nearby, it felt like being in the countryside even though it was less than half an hour's walk from all the fun and chaotic nightlife around the Bangla Road walking street. The outdoor pool was huge and the outlook from the restaurant was surpringly rural. The buffet style breakfast had something for everyone and the style of buildings are very Thai. Our room was huge and the lovely staff were always friendly and very helpful.Convenience stores were only a short walk away.

Our room's garden outlook was a small rice paddy and a little dissapointing especially when they started harvesting the rice! The lighting in our room could have been brighter but we would definately return.

I've stayed in this resort many times and gave it great reviews. This time, I was very disappointed with the accommodation

The room was poorly lit. It felt grubby and outdated and was almost as if it was previously staff accommodation. It's a pity as I stayed many times at this resort previously and was impressed every time

Shower would flood if you were in it to long and the pool wasn’t the greatest.

I liked the whole atmosphere - it felt like in a countryside retreat from my room - there is a beautiful rice field strip inside the resort that makes it feel very relaxing, especially when it is raining. Staff very polite and pleasant and attentive.

My room had few minor issues, however, all have been rectified when asked for either immediately, or the next morning.

Breakfast was great selection.Location excellent.Staff made us feel at home.

Really nice resort, close to the boxing stadium, if you like that sort of thing.A varied array of restaurants within 1 to 10 minute walk, from fancy to basic Thai.Within 20 minutes you are at Bangla Road, this is 20 minutes walk it’s close to the action yet far enough away that you can get decent priced food and other stuff

Sometimes the staff were forgetful when servicing the room, as they might forget a towel or two.But the staff were all honest and awesome.

As always this place feels Like Home compared to other hotels in Patong this is great value for the money. Huge and well maintained pool, clean rooms fresh smelling towels and bed sheets. We come here for many years and always feel homecoming back.

Nothing, everything just fine.

As always the great staff at reception and Gigi from housekeeping. The location is perfect to walk to shopping and Bangla. Facility had been updated with new chairs at pool. We got upgraded, room was very nice with good AC. The huge pool clean and warm water, perfect to hang out and have a drink. Friendly cats around.

Facilities were great. Location close to shops street food plus much more. The room size was exceptional. The pool was huge, and grounds were beautiful. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the scenery was a great way to start each day. Breakfast selection changed daily. Fresh fruit daily. The staff are very helpful and very friendly.

The bed was so uncomfortable in the room I stayed in. I had to sleep on the lounge. Would have been good if the pool was opened a little later in the evening.

The location was ideal. Very close to the beach, shops and night life. This does not mean it was loud; in fact it was very tranquil. We left our luggage at reception for 2 days during our trip to Phi Phi and everything was safe upon our return. I felt safe and comfortable to stay at Naina. The pool was also great and the staff gave us towels to use at the pool.

The air-con and our door lock was broken when we arrived, but they sent someone to fix it. After our return from Phi Phi, we got a different room, where the air-con was faulty again, tap leaked, and the safe was broken. After complaining, we were given a different room where everything worked well.
