The staff was nice and helpful for our short stay in Phuket. Rooms are clean and it’s a good location

Very well located. Super affordable. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms are basic but great for access to old town.

Excellent location to Old town Phuket. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. It is set back from the busy road so it isn’t loud at night. The beds are really comfortable, the pool is a nice plus, and it has a washing machine/dryer so you can do a load if needed. The complimentary continental breakfast was also a plus. Also, they sell some sundries should you need them at a low cost. Cold beverages and ice cream can be purchased as well for a low cost.

The doors to the rooms are loud when people don’t shot them softly. A minor complaint but the hotel could put some dampening things on the doors so they don’t slam.

The place is very beautiful and well looked after. The room was spacious, and the towels were folded like animals (dog elephant and dinosaur). Had a lovely stay. Did not use the pool as it was small and full of children, but that did not impact on my stay, and if you are coming with children, it is definitely a go-to!

After my stay, there was a little misunderstanding with a deposit that was refunded to me. I was woken up at 7 am on the following day with a phone call and numerous messages from the staff asking me to refund the money, which I had no problems with and said would do later on the day with my partner. It had only been 2-3 hours since the phone call, and they were spamming me like crazy! I was at the beach snorkeling and received numerous calls, CCTV screenshots of me and the money (which to me had a threatening tone to it), as well as a staff member messaging me from her personal phone number asking for me to consider refunding the money otherwise she would have to do it herself as it was her mistake - which a breach of my personal data. The money was refuded. That did not impact my stay in itself, but it definitely bothered me as it impacted the rest of my trip, especially because I felt harassed despite having already agreed to send the money back. Nonetheless, this was a misunderstanding, and my stay was pleasant. I still recommend the hotel

I had a question about a tour (wanted to know if I’d get picked up from hotel) but Gel, one of the hotel staff, was not helpful at the beginning and was a bit rude (she made a hand gesture at me to leave) I think she thought I wanted her to book tour for me but it all worked out at the end and I went on the James Bond tour.

The staff is nice and very helpful. Room was clean. Location is good. Free coffee and mini breakfast in the morning.

There was a smell in the room when we entered. The AC is very strong even on the lowest setting. In the shower the water had a set temperature, you can’t regulate it (hotter/colder).

Great location to Old Town and other attractions.

Showers could have hotter hot water, both shower and sink.

Near the City

There is no elevator to the rooms, no dining table in the room, and the bathroom is uncomfortable.

Easy location to find and access, plenty of free parking. Exceptionally clean property to the point it feels like it is still brand new. Room was well laid out and the bathroom was plenty big enough.

It would have been nice to have to go plates/packaging for breakfast as we had to leave just after 7 and that is when breakfast started.

The location was good, and the common area was cute, quite.

The pool was out of service and in general it had more of a run down hostel kind of vibe, not sure for the price if I'd stay there again

Continental breakfast was provided. Free snacks in the room with water, and water was replenished daily.

The breakfast room was next to the lounge and check-in desk, so the staff was available and attentive to their guests.

Location is great. It is clean as if you could perform an open heart surgery in there lol Khun Pocky - receptionist was super nice and helpful. No complaints at all.

Great location, only 5 minutes walk to all the main streets. The free breakfast and all the complimentary snacks and water in the rooms was great. Great hotel if you are travelling with kids. Big spacious family rooms and a pool. Right next to a shopping centre. Staff were lovely. Night market next door too.

This was a great hotel but it is a budget hotel so keep that in mind when booking. Rooms are a little tired but it did not affect our stay at all. All the extras made up for it.
