The location

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing.The noise level was extremely high. I could clearly hear guests in the neighboring rooms, and there was constant maintenance noise coming from the room above, along with doors being slammed all the time.Cleanliness was also unacceptable. The bedsheet was not clean, and the blanket had visible leftover stains and debris, indicating it was not properly washed.On top of that, the room was heavily infested with mosquitoes, which made it impossible to rest or sleep comfortably.Overall, this experience was far below acceptable standards, and I would not recommend this hotel.And I called the reception twice, but they only picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything.

The hotel manager was very rude and inconsiderate. We asked for plates to put fruit on. He acted as if he were scolding us. Then he cursed us in Thai behind our backs. When I asked what he was saying, he immediately became polite. I stayed at this hotel three years ago. It's very old for three years and it's falling apart. I think the money is too high. The hotel needs urgent renovations.

Supposed to be 4 stars hotel I think 2 stars enough Breakfast not that good Staff sometimes leaving desk for sometime waiting no one to serve. Phuket has change a lot Hospitality not like before and prices too high.

The hotel's location is very good. It is just 5 minutes to all the necessary places, such as 7-Eleven and Bangla Road. The pool is good for relaxing, and the rooms are comfy.

Only the room's door sometimes stuck.

The bathroom was made of glass, which was bad for me. Anyone in the room could see the person in the bathroom, even though it was blurred.

stayed 28 days and this time it was better than the first time.Staff was very friendly specialy the guys in the morning at breakfast that l want to thank a lot.Had problem with my mattress and it was replace straight away

breakfast should be changed every couple days or provide more options and more tougher rules for people that disrespect the hotel which I found a lot

The hotel’s location was convenient, but nothing else stood out as good. The hot water pressure was good. Separate tub and showers. Soap and other things were provided. Water was provided but only 1 bottle each person.

The AC was very poor. There was no one at the entrance to help with the luggage — I had four bags and had to carry them all by myself. Even though there was a lift, I still had to climb six stairs to reach my room. It was also very noisy, even though there was a 5000 Baht fine for making noise, but no one seemed to care or enforce it.

Location is near to The location is excellent — close to everything, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The overall services were good and comfortable.

The room lighting is very dim and needs to be enhanced.•The female reception staff were quite rude and unprofessional, while the male staff, housekeeping, and service team were all extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.Overall, it was a good stay, and I hope these small issues can be improved in the future.

Great location in the heart of Patong — walking distance to the beach and nightlife. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was perfect for relaxing. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Wi-Fi could have been more stable at times, and the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

The property location was very good in patong. Everything was only in walking distance.

Unfortunately, for the most part it was disappointing. Beds were rock hard. Breakfast buffet was very limited. The pool was in another hotel facility nearby. There was mold was growing on the AC. Was shocked that it was a 3 star when arriving as it was advertised as a 4 star here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, Room was very clean no bugs flying around and balcony view was exceptionally great, I enjoyed my stay so much I booked an additional week

The place has a problem with all rooms entrance doors which are extremely hard to close. The result is that even in the middle of the night you will hear very loud doors banging from people who don't even try to close them a bit more gently.

Very dirty hotel, dirty elevators, reception is not helpful at all, the only polite person I met was the breakfast waite
