Actually the location is good and the swimming pool is nice, the rooms are cute. Stuff helped us to arrange a trip to phi phi islands with a good price.

The lockers were not working or maybe we didn’t get how to use it

The pool was lovely, the room was spacious, staff were friendly and the location is also quite close to the beach.

It would be nice to have a bar or a cafe in the property.

location - 10ish minutes walking from Kamala beachpool area - super chilled set up, not overcrowded with sunbedscleanness - cleaning service was done very goodaccommodation concept - only 3 floors in total, which gives really calm stay surroundings - there's only locals' houses around, which also lowers the chances you have loud guests in neighbourhood + there's 7/11 and pharmacy on 3 minutes walking

I like the fact it's located in a quiet neighborhood, yet very convinient to access to 7/11 and small restaurants. The salt water swimming pool is clean and comfortable. It seems to be popular among families. No loud bars nearby.

Great hotel with a lovely pool area, friendly and helpful staff. Water, tea and coffee provided in the room and we were able to get more when needed. Great location, 2 minutes walk to 7/11, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Would have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing...it was perfect.

This is an ok choice for Kamala Beach, but it is the wrong side of the resort across a busy main road and a 10mins walk to get to where the action is. There is a nice large pool for kids and adults, the parking is awkward and we found the front desk staff were very often not available, even when we checked in at 4pm as arranged, we found it overpriced at $105 US a night.

Very nice, small hotel, walking distance to Kamala Beach, 7/11 behind a corner, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. nice pool area which was never busy, water in our fridge was refilled every day.

Our room was supposed to have "Garden view", in practice it was view to parking, entrance and reception

Far from the beach to walk. There was a moldy smell from the bathroom so I kept the fan on all the time and that seemed to help. The humidity from the bathroom lingered into my room.

Could not fault this hotel, we had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, down a nice quiet lane about a 5/10 minute walk from all the restaurants and beach! There is a 7/11 at the end of the road about a 2 minute walk from the hotel with no roads to cross. Also a short 20 minute taxi ride to patong if you want to go shopping. The hotel itself was really peaceful with a great friendly atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of the pool area. The lovely maids cleaned everyday and left water in the fridge. The pool was the best part, a refreshing salt water pool (no nasty chemicals), plenty of sun beds- there was always some available, the area got sun all day but lots of umbrellas and some trees if you need shade. I was really impressed how the staff cleaned the pool so thoroughly every night! The staff were so kind and helpful. Both Nam and Tung were really friendly! Nam was really funny and made us laugh! Really loved this hotel and had such a relaxing holiday! My partner and I both said that we feel the pictures on booking.com don’t do it justice! If you are considering booking don’t hesitate!!

Very nice rooms and the pool.

We need to ask for water often although they say one bottle per person daily is complementary. Daily cleaning could be better. We came one day later and they said in message they will return us money but they didn't.

Clean room, nice and cozy hotel with everything. The swimming pool was a nice refreshing and clean environment. Everything was a short walk. 7/11 just around the corner, where you can get breakfast. Also restaurants, beach and night market very close. ?? There were new water bottles for the guests every day and the apartment had coffee, tea, toothbrushes and cleaning products, which was a great extra! A HAPPY and friendly welcome and service ? Thanks again!

It is kind of ok location, has a alright pool

Horrible smell comes out of shower in the afternoons. This is not an resort by any means. It just has "resort" in the name

We needed a break to recharge ourselves this was our third Country on our travels. Accommodation was new, clean, relaxing and we felt safe. Not somewhere we would normally stay when we backpack and very much out of our normal budget though it was well priced compared to other local hotels, the building work had been completed unlike an orange hotel across the road. Could discreetly drink our own beer by the pool which was clean and refreshing so swam twice a day as really didn’t fancy the local beaches far too overcrowded with boats. Definitely felt clean relaxed and recharged when we left

Room was perfect and clean. Yam and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Room could be cleaned everyday, if you so wished it be, however, as I was a single traveller, I only asked that the bins be emptied and floors cleaned two times throughout my stay. The veranda was big, I enjoyed sitting out in it every morning and evening, it was so peaceful. The pool is a perfect size, plenty sunbeds round about it and umbrellas for shade. There is a hairdryer provided in the room. Laundry service is available, just ask at reception. Beach is about a seven minute walk, which walk also takes you to the shops, restaurants and bars.

Sweet host. 500m from the beach. Just by the main road, but no noise at all. The host helped is a lot. Stayed there for 3 nights. Really good for the price.

Lovely hotel. Had a good sized room with balcony and pool view. Maids came daily, changed the towels and cleaned the floor every other day. Small fridge and kettle in room which was useful, and they supplied fresh water daily. Staff were very helpful. Hired a moped from the hotel at 300bht per day, no deposit, and didn't have any worries of being ripped off. Amazingly peaceful despite being just off a busy road - you would think you were in the countryside.

There is no restaurant or facilities to prepare food, you can't even buy a drink from reception. However it is 200ft from the nearest shop so not a problem

Super convenient location. Near a 7/11 and pharmacy. Currency exchanges down the street. Beach was 15 mins away.

I’m unsure how it can be called a resort as there is no food or beveondite.Pool tiles need a sandblast around the pool as it’s dangerously slippery.Towels in the room need an urgent upgrade.Having said this it is a lovely hitel in an excellent location and woukd stay here sgsin
