Located at a very quiet area; it’s perfect and convenient for people who want to stay away from the madness and crazy area, such as patong.

The entire hotel needs renovation, the feel and look of the rooms and hotel’s facilities are exhausted and worn-out. For instance, our apartment-of-two-rooms space was consumed by unnecessarily cupboards everywhere, side tables that would eventually leave us with very little space to move around (we were 4). The kitchen area can be reduced to save up space. Additionally, the flooring gets a bit messy after one day of stay hence I would recommend keeping a small broom for guest to tidy things up rather than waiting two days for cleaning service to take place.

The hotel premises were nice, we especially liked the view from the windows. Breakfast was rich and with plenty of options.

The gym is simply a joke - there is only one treadmill, cardio, bicycle, a set of dumbbells and one multi-purpose machine.

Maybe good for easy light traveler but not for family

Although the unit fits 4 people, it is very small and you feel in confined spaceNo staff for luggage, need to take your own luggages to your room

We could walk to the beach or take a free boat ride. Fascinating trip. The staff was kind. Thank you for a good holiday.

beach is a little bit far from hotel, breakfast is so so, and room is a bit small for 4 people.

I booked a 2 bed room and Booking.com showed it's suitable for 4 people with 4 breakfast. But the true is, there is only a king bed in one room and one single bed in the other room. This is not enough for 4 people. After I complain to the hotel, they setup one more single bed in the LIVING ROOM. One of us had to sleep in the LIVING ROOM for the whole trip (4 nights.) I told to the staff that I would pay more if they can upgrade my room but they say no.

Room was small, maybe ok for solo but for 2ppl hard. They only clean every 2 days. Breakfast wasn’t good.

Very busy and should have researched the location. Did not feel like I was staying in Thailand. Staff were great but a lot of rude guests which didn't make our stay very enjoyable.

Good location, close to the beach and Boat Ave/Porto. Bright room with a view across the pond and beautiful gardens to the sea. Large and clean swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds—frequent ferry service to the beach, and dining options at nearby beach restaurants.

I didn't like the hotel's coffee, but with a kitchen in the room, you can bring your own and make it as you like. And if the buffet doesn't suit your taste, you can also prepare your preferred breakfast yourself in your room.

The rooms and great for families. It was quiet - you can always get a spot at the pool. The price point is reasonable

Overall everything was great, had issues with my room, but the staff quickly changed it.

Nice, modern, clean and comfortable big rooms. but some of them have a complicated system with many doors and light buttons. the pool and hotel as itself is nice and modern.the staff is very friendly.we were not happy about the breakfast. the restaurant is not comfortable, very hot and loud. the preperation of the food is not nice and also tastes not very well. (a lot of other hotels in Phuket have better kitchen)its nice that it is possible to order by QR code at the pool bar - but sad that in the menu a lot is missing - not even water was in the menu).in general there is a lot that they could improve but there was no process in the last year (it was my 3rd stay there).

The hotel was really good breakfast very good. The room was also very good. Plenty of beds available at all pools.

The area around the hotel was far to clinical all designer style shopping centers and purpose built eateries and bars. Could have been anywhere in the world not representative of Thailand at all.

Location, service, food.

Cassia Phuket is a great place for families. Our little boy was 2 and half years old and it was the perfect set up! The swimming pool area was very well thought out for little kids, the sand and shallow area were great. And when you wanted to venture to the beach you had the boat shuttle taking you to the beautiful beach. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. I 100% recommend for families! We had a lovely time and have so many lovely memories of our stay at Cassia!

The location is a bit far out but we managed to get around very easily with the hotel tuk tuk and taxis ordered via the Grab app.
