Location was great - a bit off the main drag which was awesome for us. We did not eat at the resort.

I would have like the pool to remain open later in the evening.

Absolute amazing resort beautiful grounds very clean comfortable beds close to all the restaurants and the beach couldn't ask for a nicer place or a better staff highly recommend this the price was amazing I would definitely go back here in the future

Absolutely amazing resort with everything you could possibly want in a place to stay, from the people to the pool to the food to the comfortable bed good water pressure and on and on and on and on, cannot say enough good about this place definitely a diamond in the rough in Karon Beach.Nadi,New, and the entire staff were absolutely amazing, also real close to everything with a store right across the street massage parlor laundromat restaurant and on and on and on. This place has it all

The laundry prices were a little steep but there's a laundromat right across the street for a fifth of the price so not really a problem

Cleanliness, room size, front office staff, value for money

Clean, not humid, no insects. Modern design.

The predestination around the hotel is in poor maintenance, need to take extra care if you are going with kids. The bigger pool at GF is under maintenance in rain season.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful in every way. A wide choice of food.

Just a suggestion....A small change in the menu each day would be good and maybe some bacon and mushrooms but otherwise all good.

Big hotel with spacious room, big bed and bathroom. There are two swimming pools, a big central one on the ground floor and a smaller (but still big) one on The rooftop. There's plenty of restaurants around the hotel, as well as a mini-mart across the street and massage parlors. The location was nice, as it was far from the central Phuket chaos which was a bit too much for our taste. Staff is so kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast is good with lots of Thai and Western options at a very good price.

The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable, I did see (only at check out) that you could request a mattress topper and extra pillows, wish I had been told about this during our check in process. The hotel's decorations are very bland or simply inexistent, this isn't a problem, but I feel like some nice decor would bring the place up by a lot.

Lovely hotel. Good location and quiet. The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. We were upgraded to a pool access room, which was very kind of them and very much appreciated. The hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are a good size and very comfortable Would most definitely recommend this hotel

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, however maybe a few hangars in the room and bathroom would be useful

Nothing all good

Close proximity to the main strip and beach. Staff were lovely and helpful 2 nice pools and always a sunbed when we wanted one. Large bed with firm mattress but was very comfortable. Even with the few negatives, they aren't major so would stay again.

The roof top pool bar had no bar person so had to use the phone to call down and it took a very long time. Toilet didn't flush well and the limescale/residue on tiles could be cleaned better. Shower water, either very hot or cold, hand held shower in the bath was better. Interconnecting room so could here the other room very clearly. On check out, they tried to charge us for a glass which we hadn't taken or broken so I would advise to take pics of minibar and room before leave. Would be nice to have the roof top pool child free.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. While the staff at the hotel itself, especially Mary, were kind and tried their best to help, the overall stay was far from acceptable.We stayed in two different rooms, both of which had a strong smell of urine and were not clean. The showers were not suitable or safe—my son, who is disabled, was injured due to the poor shower setup. The welcome snack was cold and smelled off—we didn’t eat the sandwiches as they seemed unsafe and potentially a health risk.Despite check-in being at 14:00, our room wasn’t ready, which was incredibly frustrating after a 20-hour flight. The conditions were so bad that we had to check out early, with four days left in our booking, yet the hotel refused to refund us for the unused nights.It also became clear that the hotel staff and admin team are not aligned—the admin team was not honest about the situation, leaving the front desk staff to handle the fallout. I raised concerns early in our stay, hoping the issues would be addressed, but it felt like the hotel was more focused on not losing money than ensuring a safe, comfortable stay.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for families or travelers with accessibility needs. The hotel is simply not fit for purpose, and our experience was a major letdown.

It was away from the main shopping so quiet without being remote, 10 mins from beach and shops across road from hotel for anything you need. Friendly and helpful staff, pools with plenty of room for everyone. Good size bedrooms with balcony.

Was a little difficult to get heavy cases up the ramp, we arrived at night so no porter was there to help.

Location is good as it’s far from noisy streets but the beach is still available by walking. Btw the beach was too crowded

Safety. Most of the rooms have inner doors to the next door rooms, which means that you are basically in the same apartments with other people. It makes stay not safe as the inner doors don’t even have proper locks.Noise. It was very noisy. ACs are really old and loud. Wall are so thin that you can hear people from the next apartment as if you are in the same room. We could sleep cause our neighbors used to be up till 3-4am. Attitude. We asked to change the room and stuff made as wait for a new room for 2 hours in the lobby. Even though they have cleaning up to 5 o’clock we have to leave previous room before 12 and wait for the new one up to 2 o’clock. Poor breakfast. Mostly carbs. Some vegetables. If you are allergic to egg like I am and if you don’t want spicy chicken in the morning you have no protein options.Other minuses include: poor cleaning (always forgot to put something), low quality hygiene kit (shampoo, soap etc).

Disliked that our room wasn’t made up till after 4pm. Didn’t even give us two complimentary waters as stated in the room. Other than that good place to stay pool is dissapointing being 1.1m deep. Also baggage drop to room took a wee while but might have been due to having only one staff to do it other than that would recommend and stay again lovely place.

All facilities generally meets one's expectations.

Reception Area is too hot in the afternnon due to sun setting & directly shining there. Adjoing rooms interconnect doors are not sound proof.

A great selection for an all inclusive breakfast, the room was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the hotel was close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the area.

The staff seemed unfriendly, possibly due to a language barrier, which made communication challenging. Additionally, flushing the toilet was unexplicable difficult.

This is a big hotel with many guests (not really my cup of tea, but there weren't many other options when we were searching our stay), staff is polite but some of them barely speak English so it is hard to arrange anything out of ordinary, I think this is not acceptable from a big hotel in tourist place like Phuket (maybe they speak Russian since 95% guests are from Russia, I don't know). Rooms are spacious, beds are good and I would like to commend housekeeping. Also location is decent, some 5-10min walk to the beach, depends on your luck of crossing the thai streets.

Sound isolation is awful, I could hear Russian TV programms from the next room almost whole night. Also the breakfast is very weak, every day exactly the same (not too many options for a hotel of such value and size), after 4-5 days we could not eat it anymore. To conclude, this hotel is not worth the price (but on Phuket most things are just ripping of the tourists, there are better places around Thailand or SE Asia in general).

This property is dated the beds are like rock slow drainage in the shower bathroom hard to flush and smelly the pool is unsightly no one spoke a little English or any other language hard to communicate the smallest thing the whole place is chaos would not recommend this place if peace is what you are looking for
