Definitely recommended. The location is perfect and the room was cleanest at all times. It was even safe for me to keep my other phone and laptop with wallet there while they’re cleaning the room. The service was great specially with Pear I’ve had a good experience there and I’ll definitely stay there next year I hope to meet the same people. Missing them already❤️

Location is very central, but it’s loud at the same time but you don’t hear anything from your room. It was facing to the back side. Kinda clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Lovely people.

Hotel’s restaurant is overpriced so it’s always empty. And there was a construction at the restaurant section during the day, so it’s dusty and you can’t hangout.

Perfect location for all of the action. Bangla Rd is 2 seconds away, and Patong Beach is also about a 5min walk straight down the road. With the price paid, you can’t argue with anything. We would stay here again. Staff was also friendly and entertaining :)

If I had to say anything about the room itself I would prefer a door or something for the shower because all of the water always goes near the toilet on the floor with the way it’s designed. I would also add an option of French toast on the included breakfast. But those are very minor things. We would still stay here again. Thank you :)

Very centrally located. Great restaurant. Extremely helpful staff. Nice pool on top of hotel. Looking to stay there again on my January trip to patong beach. The staff will bring food and drinks to the pool area.

air con a little noisy. the bed I had was very old and worn out - sleeping on top of the sheets made it more comfortable.

The location was perfect at Soi Sonsibai (arabs street) which is great to people who liked to stay at the nearby of Bangla Road (2 min) walk.

Nothing to mention

Location is prime. It's just few steps away from the start of Bangla Road Walking Street. The street where the hotel is always crowded with tourists. There are many good restaurants on the road. 7-11 is there by the entrance.

Breakfast could be a buffet and they should include more food in breakfast.

When by chance I had the entire rooftop pool exclusively only for me for more than two hours.

Noise ?Rooms are not soundproof and it is very very noisy 24/7. In my room I could hear clear and loud the noises from neighbouring hotel rooms: phone conversations, bathroom noises, people gargling and coughing, I mean everything, literally everything.Also since hotel maids have been collecting the used towels for laundry in large plastic bags there was annoying noise from opening these plastic bags. From around 7:00 am in the morning, hotel staff was packing dozens of these plastic bags, creating constant and extremely annoying noise, every day for the entire duration of my stay.

Booked breakfast was very limited- I would recommend not paying for brey. but instead buy from restaurant which had a better choice.

In a great location, close to bangla road but no loud nightclubs nearby so i was able to sleep well. Quiet in my room on the 3rd floor even though the street outside was always busy, 24hr restaurant below which is great for late nights or early mornings. My room was cleaned daily with sheets and towels replaced and given free water bottles. Guest friendly if you are a solo traveler and want to bring someone back for the night.

My only problem was the showers hot water was a bit sporadic, it was hard to get the right temperature with it sometimes getting colder then hotter seemingly randomly for a few seconds at a time.

Just the location was good as it is close to Bangala Rd and Patong Beach.

It is more like a motel rather than a three star hotel. It doesn't have closed area lobby and restaurant with aircon and if you want to use them you suffer hot weather. Only one staff can speak English and the rest need google translate. They're rude as well. It is very expensive in comparison with other high standard hotels in that area.

Room had basically no windows, just a tiny one, but the blinders did not cover the window, so lots of lights from the street came in and lighted the room all the time. Room was also noisy from the street all the time and that made it hard to sleep.

Stayed for a week. Its located at the center of all the crazy so I was lucky to get a room on the top floor with a single bed as requested. Rooms are small and not exactly as depicted in pictures. Beds are clean and comfy. Towels have seen better days and for some reason the idea of getting an additional fresh set of towels was very difficult even when I offered to pay for it. Staff is very burnt as it was the high season. It took several days for them to not try and ignore you. Breakfast is nothing to write home about and 2nd cup of coffee co.es with charge eventhough I booked for two and was one person. Over all comfy hotel. The pool area is nice though small.

Location is right at Bangla Road with lots of restaurants, bars, shops and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were upgraded to a superior room which was huge and had a smart tv for Netflix etc. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop pool. Staff were very helpful organizing a late check out and taxi to the airport.

Very noisy at night with music, car horns etc although we slept well with earplugs. However that is to be expected for the central location.Shower goes very hot and cold.

This property was very centric. For the location it was very quiet at night. I couldn't hear any noise from the street. I got an upgrade when I got there , the mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was not included, but the hotel restaurant included different cheap options.

Location is great if you want to be close to Bangla Road.

Sewer smell in room, very noisy at night, pool was the size of a large plunge pool with one sun bed as there wasn’t room for more. Pool was on the rooftop with no shade and if you were to use it, you would fry. No one was at the pool.
