Staff is super knice and helpful. It was very clean. The room service is delicious.

I had a garden view room, and it wasn't that private. I wanted to swim without my hijab but I could see the waiting area and they could see me too. Keep that in mind when booking a garden view room. I think the sea view rooms are better but it's better to contact the hotel for confirmation.

The resort is very nice and the view is breathtaking

My room wasn’t great, the floor it was located at didn’t smell good and room service didn’t show up for a day. The hotels is very nice but I was unlucky with my room which I tried to change but the hotel was fully booked

View and private pool

No standing shower. There is a tub with hand sprayer. Water goes everywhere. The temperature of the sprayer is not steady; sometimes too hot or cold. The pillow and and the bed is not the best quality.

Rooms are slightly old and need renovation

The staff is amazingly kind, nice and polite. I will miss them. The private swimming pool is top notch and a good way to cool down at the end of the day. Food was excellent.

The fluctuating shower's water pressure and temperature was really annoying. The location was far from Patong and taxis were not willing to go there to drop us off. We were lucky to meet some good taxi drivers though and tipped them well. Also, lack of laundry services.

They do not provide essential stuff (for instance: tissues in the room)

Walls had mismatched paint and the water pressure was highly inconsistent. Same with the water temperature.

Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle

The water never got hot to shower or take a bath. There was no overhead shower to make it easier for washing hair. Only handheld shower.

I liked that you had your own personal pool with a view. Room was very spacious. It was nice the free shuttle to and from Kamala beach and patong beach. But the traffic to and from patong can be really bad.

I felt like it was really old and the bathtub the plug doesn’t plug the tub and the water temp didn’t get warm.

The location really, I couldn't find a taxi easily. Also, they should consider putting a heater in the pools.

View and vibes are exceptional Perfect place for honeymoon and couplesHowever, the food options are little limited because the place are in a top of a mountainBut they offer a ride to 7 elevenThe bathroom was a little werid for usage as well but it's okay

The staff was super friendly, the location was remote but close enough to reach the busy areas by car or bike. The pool could use some minor renovation, but it had a great view and nice temperature water. The breakfast was also nice.

There is no shower only a bathtub, if you want to take a shower it is quite complicated. There are too many light switches. The place could use renovation but the staff really makes up for it.

The management is uncooperative. We lost a full paid night due to a delayed flight and we were not even compensated with a welcome drink. Very upset and disappointed

The breathtaking natural surroundings throughout the hotel and the design of the room with the private pool were wonderful.

The breakfast did not meet expectations.Room service was noticeably slow, and communication was challenging with them they did not speak English. Additionally, there was no porter available to assist with the luggage, which impacted the overall guest experience.

The view

The room cleaning was so bad i was cleaning most of the time , the lizards outside the pool also it is bothering , no one told us there was no elevator there, i was pregnant 7 months and i was fatigued because of the stairs , but the view was perfect I spent good time there. The reception crew was helpful . Yes before I forgot the pool hygiene wasn’t that much
