The pool is nice.

People partied at the pool day and night. I did not get the room I paid to reserve; hotel claimed booking error. English-speaking staff member not present. Property had mosquitos and roaches in rooms. No in-room breakfast. Wifi password wrong.

Pool wasn’t too clean. We had an issue with our hot water which took a few days to resolve. The breakfast isn’t the best I’ve had.

The resort is away from the crowded Kata beach, nice peaceful place, the owner is a kind lady, she works round the clock to ensure you get what you need.

The booking originally said breakfast in the room, it does not mention that you have to pay for it.

Unfortunately, there is nothing to like about this property. The conditions are far from what was advertised, which is highly misleading. The unbearable stench, the mosquito and bug infestation, and the poor state of the facilities make it an uninhabitable environment for my family.

Unbearable Stench: The villa reeked of an awful odour originating from a river full of dirty water located directly behind the property. The smell worsened in the bathroom and during showers, despite my attempts to mitigate it with sprays.Mosquito and Bug Infestation: The villa was infested with mosquitoes and other bugs, making it unsafe and unhygienic for my family, including my young children.Misleading Advertising: The resort’s condition, including its facilities, was nothing like what was advertised. It felt deceptive and did not meet even basic expectations.Recurring Issues: The management admitted this is a recurring problem, yet no proper solutions seem to have been implemented.

Out of the noice and traffic of the city, surrounded by green and silence. If you do not have a scooter it is a 30minute walk towards a 7/11 or food corner and supermarket. Because you are surrounded by green, the same rules apply for camping. No food or drinks out in the open. I have had insects and geckos running around in my bungalow. The aircon works good. The pool is right in front of your door. The staff at the reception are really nice and helpfull, translate google is your friend tho

The broken boxspring bed to sleep on. The insects at the resorts and in your bungalow. This is more for a short stay then longer stay option. Def need a scooter license for this location or car rental

Shower was overflowing after a few minutes of use due to poor drainage.

The staff was amazing, special thanks to Lek, the owner : kapun ka !! :) The 30m pool was great for swimming and the room was always clean thanks to the cleaning ladies.Breakfast is tasty and not expensive and we enjoyed being so close from the Phuket Fight Club where we trained. Nothing, we had a great time ! Even the dog was sweet.

The area was quiet and it had a gym and pool about 15 minutes walk you could find cheap shops and nice places to eat ?

The place was a bit out of the way the WiFi in our room was atrocious the door to our room wasn't very secure and had a big gap underneath which let in small animals and insects we woke one night to something scurrying across the floor and then heard it scratching on the skirting board, shop was expensive on site.

Good emplacement so you can visit the island and do main activities.It's quiet area, with good facilities (pool, gym at resort, and 7eleven nearby). They provide scooter location for good price!Also, I did not have my room and towels cleaned everyday. +1 sustainability!

The peace and Tranquility was just what we both wanted/needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful and Supportive .

The hotel staff didn't speak any English hence it was very difficult to have even some simple conversations and enquires. There were no facilities at the hotel such as breakfast.The rooms were not provided with enough bath towels despite asking them to keep more towels. For a family room 2 adult and 1 child, they keep only one bath towel. There are no toiletries kept in the bathroom.

I was expecting a quiet relaxing stay, however there was a lot of Russian guests who seemed to care very little for the consideration of other guests across the grounds.
