- I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was awesome—super helpful and always available when needed. I really appreciated the organization and structure, as they have clear rules that keep everything running smoothly. The location is unbeatable—quiet at night but within walking distance to everything. The pool was cute and refreshing, perfect for relaxing. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.Would definitely stay again!
Cons -
- The only small downsides were that the bed was a bit hard, and the shower drain didn’t flush as well as it could. But honestly, it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our stay. I’d still highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Lovely little oasis in the very heart of Patong. Basic, but very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming. Spent a soothing hour just ploughing up and down the pool.
I would truly recommend, nice, cosy place.Excelent service and helpful staff.20 minutes walk to the Patong Beach

The personnel in the hotel are friendly; they keep the rooms clean every day. The swimming pool is amazing, and the location is perfect.
Cute boutique hotel & quite far out from Bangla road & beach but only a 15 minute walk & all the staff really friendly & had room cleaned every day, bit over priced but still value for money
Just a bit too far out but really quiet location on evening so had great sleep
Bad
Very old, not comfortable, not suitable for families
It was very quiet, while still so close to everything!
Hot water doesn't last long in shower but not a complaint.
The area .
The room , how dirty it was , the pictures on booking.com are definitely not how the hotel is . I paid when I got their in cash , walked in to the room seen it and walked straight back out , asked for w refund to be told no .
The staff was wonderful and the pool was refreshing. The room was very clean. The walk into town was reasonable and this location was very quiet.
We would certainly stay again.
The room and location was very good, jacuzzi, clean room, and great staff.
There isn’t anything I didn’t like, everything was great.
Location
Dirty and small pool. Small rooms next to each other. If someone talking beside your room you hear every noise around. And if someone swimming in the pool you have feeling they do bath in your room.
Amazing place definitely worth the money, I was hesitate at the beginning, but I can say it was the best stay in Patong. Deluxe room very big with a balcony. The bathroom was big and clean. Smart TV. Wifi amazing. The pool is super nice, the staff are the best.
Location of it. It needs a bike for sure unless you don't mind a 25 mins walk to the beach
The pool was great, room was comfortable with good aircon. Really enjoyed it!
We had to give a significant deposit, and please take pictures of the mini fridge when you arrive. Staff accused us of drinking things from it that weren’t put in there when we arrived - luckily we had pictures to show that the things we supposedly drank weren’t in there. Hiked prices due to the dates we stayed in December - but everywhere does that unfortunately.
The friendly female receptionist is friendly and helpful.
To Patong Beach walking street from hotel by walking has a distance.
We were a little apprehensive reading some of the reviews for this hotel. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean, had everything you needed. Our door wouldn't lock, mentioned it to the staff and it was replaced within 10 mins with a brand new lock. The beers and pool are cold, the Aircon works and you are tucked away from the busy road but close enough for everything you need. Hard to beat at the price.
Room ambience was nice.Bed was super comfortable.Big bathroom. All the accessories are available in room.Liked the room cleaning(housekeeping) everyday.Value for money.
Need breakfast.
