Chalong Princess Pool Villa Resort

Location / staff and set up of room around pool courtyard

Noise created by renovation of rooms - all day long

It was quiet, clean and friendly can’t wait to come back!

Poor

overpriced and overcrouded street, packed with 90% russia people, terrible traffic in this street, very noisy all day, restaurants much more better some years ago

Bad

rooms renovation ( still 3 weeks working and not finished)very loud same construction...all day longshower very badpool sometime very dirty and not clear

Location, size of rooms, more modern than some other locations

Construction every day between 9 and 5, no water pressure at shower head, dirty towels, terrible front desk person, next door neighbour had roosters, so got to listen to that every morning, bed rock hard. Overall very disappointing considering most of the issues were caused by the hotel itself…why do construction in high season? Garbage throughout decorative shrubs in front of rooms.Place has the opportunity to be first class for this area and they just don’t care.

Absolutely nothing it was nothing like its advert on booking

The room was filthy and full of mosquitoes as the front door was wide open on arrival and the back door had gaps big enough for a cat to squeeze in

Very nice hotel. A small number of comfortable rooms, daily cleaning, there is a swimming pool on site. Everyone staying at the hotel is mainly athletes, so everyone sleeps quietly at night.Near the hotel there are a large number of restaurants and cafes, gyms, Thai massage, shops and laundries.

There is no beach nearby, it takes 15-20 minutes to get there by car or bike.

Nice staff, good daily room service, location great for Muay Thai training

good location, nice pool, lovely staff quiet place

Perfect location for the street, 5 minutes walk to the gyms and 2 minutes for food. The rooms were always kept extremely tidy and clean. Loved relaxing by the pool on a lounger after training. Can’t recommend it enough.

Great location, friendly staff, good a/c

There is a rooster that lives out back that would scream in the morning. I had to put my airpods in to keep sleeping, so I handled it no problem.

it’s immaculately clean, quiet, amazing staff and welll located. the rooms are spacious and nice and light.

the bed is too hard, the Aircon too noisy if you leave on and the fridge in the room is also noisy.

Located right where you want to be if you are attending any of the gyms on this street. Very large rooms and massive bed. AC is excellent. You walk right out of your room to the pool which is very convenient. Staff were super helpful. We had no issues getting our deposit back. Excellent value for money. Couldn't recommend enough

The shower is very strong which is great but the water didn't drain too well

Calm environment and daily room cleaning

Staff were great. Central to everything.

Very low water pressure in showers. It was like a trickle.

Excellent in a nut shell Spot lessThai Thai is the go to place to eat

Loved the location, right next to the gyms. Pool was great too.
