Very clean room

Room was booked with breakfast. Staff refused

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are five rooms on each floor. Four are regular squares with big windows. One is smaller, less regular, and has a much smaller window.

The staff is very friendly and goes out of the way to help. The breakfast was very good and kept well stocked throughout the breakfast time.

The bed is hard and the pillows and bed topper are cheap foam rubber. There is only a small desk chair and the bed to sit on in the room both of which are not comfortable. The deck on the room has a disgusting view.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Fair distance to the main shopping area, about 10 minutes walking. Local shops and restaurants close by within 5 minutes from the hotel. Swimming pool on the roof top was nice to have on those hot days.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and provided everything I needed. The room did not have a microwave, but there was one down in the lobby that I could use.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. Even the breakfast in the morning was delicious for ฿200.

Breakfast lack of variances, bathroom and swimming pool need some renovations and refresher.

The hotel is located in quiet part of Patong. There is nice area of small eateries close to the hotel. The room is great, large, with a balcony, safety box and electric kettle. It is better to live on higher floors as it has much better view. A great small pool on the roof with stunning views over Patong. 24 hours reception, so you can do early departure and late arrival. There is 900 meters to road, where you can catch songthaew to the Phuket town.

A bit long walk to the beach - 1.0 km. But this is not a big deal, stroll to the beach is also nice.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Ms Nadia! My luggage was delayed at the airport and Nadia went out of her way to help me communicate with airport staff to locate my luggage and have it delivered! She is awesome! Excellent customer service from all staff. The Hotel is very clean as well, rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast is tasty, they provided many options including eggs, pancakes, Thai food, cereals, bread, etc. The massages are also amazing. Overall Ana amazing experience here!

Cleanliness and the staff were pretty awesome too. They help me with everything from tours and transportation.

Maybe the bed can ve softer. But in general i don’t have any complains.

A little far from the beach

Really nice stay, there was only 4 sun loungers and about 4 chairs with tables so not much pool seating, room was really nice big and spacious! Would definitely stay again, walk into the centre of Patong is only 10/15 minutes

Close to Patong Beach, and in a quiet location. Staff were very nice too!

Staff are friendly, the location is ok about 10 mins from centre. If you dont like to walk or take transport than find some where closer. If you're ok with being on a bike than its fairly cheap to get around. Can be sketchy at times ? been on the back of one. You can hire a motorcycle directly from Hotel and they have a massage place opposite which they give you a coupon for. If you pay for a massage you get 30 mins free foot massage or Thai Massage. They can organise boat Tours/day Trips to some of the Islands at a discount also.Room is cleaned daily, but you have to request a mop/wet clean which is only downside I would say, that was the only thing I was not happy about. Otherwise a good stay, lovely staff, rooftop pool usually quite. You get what you pay for and the price was decent so can't complain.

Needed shade on the roof, no umbrellas. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were so hard I barely slept.

It was our family's first time in Patong Phuket what a fantastic stay at Patong Mansion. It was within our budget and so comfortable, clean, friendly, cosy atmosphere. Everything thing was nearby. 7-11, restaurants, Banzaan, Bangla Walking Street, Patong beach, Jungceylon and many local food traders in front of 7-11 so we did try authentic Thai everyday food that locals eat. We did take a Bolt to Malin Plaza and had a fantastic seafood dinner. My husband had 2 fantastic massage including a sports massage for his sciatica pain at Sabai Jai massage by Ms Lenie. The staff at Patong Mansion had a smile and greeting every time we left or arrived daily never to tired to take care of us from beach towels too laundry. Pool was exceptionally clean during our visit. THANK YOU Management and Ms Look for your kindness and attention.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and we were very satisfied with this choice. The staff is amazing and available at all times, lots of services available to book from the hotel such as motorbike renting, taxi transfers and day trips as well !!! All of these at a very convenient price !

Great rooftop pool and nice breakfast. Easy to rent a bike too but remember that at the time of renting, one of the bikes wobbled so we had to return it and get another one. Usual cleaning was great too.

Bathroom leaked a lot and nothing could be done to it. Imagine having flooding bathroom for a whole week. They said they would come and dry it but only came once other than at the standard cleaning.

Room was big good air con, fridge in room water provided each day room cleaned everyday, breakfast excellent selection, staff very helpful. Wi-Fi good reception on 4th floor. Pool small but nice to use at end of the day a few sun beds to use great view.

Further out of town than we thought, but walkable for 25 mins across busy roads. Tut-tut cost 300 Bahts rather expensive.
