The view makes everything better.

The water damage lead to the musty smell. I believed there are mold in the bathroom. We had to leave the fan on for the whole time we were there.

Location is everything.

The bedroom, and bathroom was a little musty. The buildings needs A little "TLC" to much water damage.

The swimming Pool

The Shutle bus to the city should have more pick up time hours in the afternoon, the last pick time in the afternoon is at 3:20 pm and at night is at 8:50pm, they should add one more at least, between those two hours. The clients want to be in the beach

Amazing pool and very accommodating staff. Great breakfast!

Beautiful, clean, and friendly staff! The pool's view was incredible and the buffet/restaurant meals were delicious. It was about a 10 min ride from Bangla Rd (shuttle provided!) and great to be away from that noise. I really enjoyed my stay.

The view was excellent

The breakfast was good. Wish they had more meat options like bacon or sausage. The location was great and quiet but hard to get ride through Grab because drivers were cancelling saying it’s too far. Our stay was overall great. The workers were great!

Breakfast could have been better

The view was outstanding.

The location was amazing, But the road was steep and hard to walk around it or to patong. But the view above the hill was totally worth it.

construction around the property means you cannot walk around need transport to leave the property, not the hotels fault

The staff was great, the hotel itself was nice

Location was just far where some drivers wouldn’t pick us up and there was construction near us. The construction caused a lot of traffic.

Good view and easy to access.

Jacuzzi was not holding the water and temperature was not controlled properly. The breakfast menu was small and limited options. Some of the staff were not friendly.

Beautiful view, spacious room. Many areas of the hotel were nice looking and nice staff

Termites in our room. Many furniture and parts of building/room falling apart/decaying and old. A large unkept area of the hotel as well. Coffee appliance in room did not plug into any outlet. Stains on sofa couches. Showed front desk staff of termite piles and they had housekeeping clean up one pile with no change of accommodation. Our room service would show up with no utensils/plates/serviettes. The breakfast buffet was not very good either.

Staff were very helpful and nice. The pool is a great size and the view is incredible.

Food was average and the hotel was a bit far from both beaches and not walkable due to construction.

Infinity pool

Toilet was making noise. We order burger from room service, it was the worst burger i have ever had.

The location is extremely far from town, pharmacies and any other day to day needs

Location, although they offer a shuttle to Patong and Kamala. Also plenty of mobile apps to move to/from the hotel

Great view clean and big size rooms

We were excited to get to Phuket and see the ocean, as soon as we entered the lobby you can begin to see the infinity view of the ocean. Our room was bright, and we got the perfect view of Patong bay from the bathroom and the balcony. On the weekends they had music downstairs and that was loud but the view made up for it. On our 3rd day we finally had time to check out the infinity pool, we had it to ourselves for awhile. It was lovely and relaxing after days out and about Phuket.

The music our first night was something to get used to and mosquitoes came in if we left the door open for fresh air.
