Clean rooms, good ac, friendly staff, fresh indoor air, nice interior design

The location is good to some degree.

The cleanness is to be improved.The shower water couldn’t be adjusted it’s either hot or cold.The sink is clogged , water is not draining.The balcony doesn’t have chars with table unlike the pics on booking.The staff was generally ok but the lack of English is challenging to communicate.

The location was good.

The hotel had renovation to a room, next to mine. Was smelly and smokey. Was just disappointing. I stayed before and was nice. But this time. Not happy and the last thing that made it worse. They stole money.

I think location is good given that it is in patong but away from the party area. It is also close to 7-11 and Super Cheap shop which is good

No sound proofing in the room, i cannot sleep at night because the noise from the street is too loud, room is small

Clean room, easy check-in. My room was next to the main street, so you could hear the noise even with the windows closed. But it was still bearable, at least there wasn't any loud music late at night.The location was good, not too far away from Bangla Walk Street and Jungceylon Shopping Mall. Walking distance to restaurants, 7E, shops, and many more.

Everything was as described, clean and comfortable in a good location

Good location, shops, Baanzan market, restaurants,7/11 - all is close to the hotel. Room has everything you need, big table can have many dish to be placed on it)The stuff is helpful and friendly, always ready to help you with your needs

staff on reception were very friendly and helpful cleaning staff were greatbreakfast was nice and the team were really friendly and cooked eggs to orderhonestly it goes a long way when staff always have a smile and make an effort with you.

at night the hotel is quite noisy, thin walls. can hear other rooms and people coming and going through the night which is not great if you need to sleep. I had early starts so struggled woth sleep. I wouldn't recommend if you have kids or if you are with family

Sounds of bikes coming in room . Not able to sleep at night. Need to work on sound insulation

One elevator very busy if you want to go it will takes you a timeThe floor of the room is making sound wile you are walking look like the tiles will breakThe front desk is not helping

The location only

It’s 4 stars but not as it is showed in reality!!They don’t have staff to support you during check in and check out you have to carry all luggage’s by yourself..No parking Small GYM one trade mill and a few dumbbells ? Very expensive!!Very poor breakfast no varieties of food ?

The room and staff were so bad that we stayed out of hotel and enjoyed Phuket more :)

The staff were very rude.Dont expect any help from the reception staff. The rooms are not clean and they will find reason to deduct money from the deposit.We had 2 rooms and both were terrible with stains on bed. Very unhygienic All pillows, bed and linens are stained heavily.Pest issues.

The room was a generous size. The staff were absolutely lovely all the time saying hello and goodbye as we entered an exit the property The breakfast was an adequate amount and the breakfast staff absolutely lovely. Special mentioned to the breakfast lady called beer and the reception stuff on the counter every evening.

Sadly there were only four deck chairs outside. One of these is broken and does not sit up properly and if more than three people were at the pool there was nowhere for you to sit. Maybe some cafe tables and chairs outside might be ideal. The pool was clean but around the edge of the pool I could see that it needs some repairs and maintenance.

The location was superb. It had clean modern rooms with a balcony. The rooms were bit compact but was appropriate for a short stay.

The breakfast. They have very limited options. Last day, we went to have breakfast around 10:10am and we were only left with some rice and leftover VEGETABLES of a chicken curry. Chefs refused to recook anything and when we complained for reception , they offered a free meal. However, we couldn’t stay more as we were checking out. We requested to refund our breakfast fee but they refused to do so.
