Rooftop bar, friendly staff

Beautiful property with a good location. Bed was super comfy and the room was a nice size. Nice decor with some local art and modern additions. I like the "bar" in the lobby, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and the soup was amazing. Nice selection and choices. Roof top views for sunset are highly recommended (at Estrela). Some happy hour deals and nice seating areas are also available. Nice swimming pool outdoor but covered. Large area for chilling or small group of people for fun. ATM across the street if you need one. As a solo female, I walked to the Old Phuket Town about 15 min away no issues. I would definitely book here again for the comfort and quality.

Great location a short walk into the old town which is incredible. Rooftop bar is great for an overview of the city which glitters at night. Our room had a pleasant balcony. Breakfast was great and it changed each day. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Most def. a place to return to.

A well located hotel close to the old town and at the edge of the town. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Very clean. Super rooftop bar with a great view. We stayed for five nights.

This hotel was beyond my expectations. Everything thing perfect Great location, great food and breakfast, very clean and luxury Also very nice staff.

The bed was extremely firm, bordering on uncomfortable. The actually location of the Motel didn't meet my expectation. In the defense of the motel this was more my mistake than anything negative towards the motel.

The room was spacious and modern, with great amenities. The hotel is huge and modern, with friendly staff. Buffet has plenty of options!

The only thing missing is smart TV's with streaming. Or at least the capability to cast videos/movies/netflix from your phone to the TV. Also, the bed was incredibly hard in our room.

The location was good as was the balcony and the room size

I stayed for 3 nights and only on the last night did I receive notice that in order to have my bedding changed I had to leave a card which I did not have on the bed. In a 5 star hotel, bedding change should be a default.

Very clean and good breakfast. Staff were also amazing.

Pool was really cold. Nobody was swimming because it was freezing.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were very attentive and the food was incredible. Especially at Estrella. I would highly recommend the Salmon Choo Chee. The room was comfortable and the facilities were good but the location was perfect for anyone wanting to walk into Old Town and the night markets.

The lobby didn’t have a plug point to get some work done. I had to go out to do some work. Would rather have been in the hotel.

The staff and accommodations were great, very clean and very kind staff. Location to bars and restaurants were within a short walk.. if your looking for a great drink look no further than right around the corner. Where there were 3 the fool being our personal favorite.

everything was good hear especailly the staff and General Manager.. always went out of their way to insure we were happy.

Buffet was lots of options however fod for the most part was cold as they prepare to much i advance and rop it in the containers rather than only putting a bit out at a tine and refreshing it with hot ood when it runs low

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, a great variety. We only stayed a night so we didn’t have time to check out the pool, but nice to know we had one.

Building has not been maintained to its 4 star rating, a bit run down.

the pool wasnt directly under sunlight and needed direct light to warm the water
