I really liked the room and the air condition was just perfectly set. It has a great location, not to close to any loud streets but very close to many food markets.

Room was ok but the staff and location were spot on. Staff helped so much and very knowledgeable. Definitely come here again.. Thanks to the twins..

The room wasn't as I thought it would be

For me it was good location a bit far a way from the centre and noise.

Rooms are not soundproof.

It was clean, and its staff were helpful and nice. We liked this hotel altogether.

Some of the guests came back late at night, and they made a disturbing noise while opening their doors.

Absolutely nothing would avoid at all costs

There is a policy that they make you sign on arrival that states you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you leave. These are not secured and were left out for anyone to grab at any point. Not like the pictures stained bedding curtains had dirt and cigarette holes in. The side tables were filthy the bed (when sat on) had springs galore! The doors weren’t secure and the window room we paid for was blocked by a wall about 5 inches away so wouldn’t bother. Aircon barely worked and was filthy. The location is down a dingy alley. We spoke to reception and the only option was to upgrade our room and pay. No apology and currently no help from B.com as we left immediately and booked another hotel further down the road & for £6 difference it’s was a dream!

Really friendly staff, very attentive and polite. Location was really good for us,set back off the main road so not really any noise which was great! Comfy bed and room felt very clean. Good value for money,we were happy with our stay! :)

The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Beach towels were available upon request at no cost.There were a few laundromats, within short walking distances, and the general accessibility to food and other essential needs were appreciated.The separated bathroom space was definitely a plus.

The outdoor lighting around the hotel could be brighter.

It was terrible!

The hotel was unacceptable. There was sand everywhere—on the bed, on the floor—and even shoe prints on the ceiling. The curtains had stains, the walls were dirty, and there was a thick layer of dust on the bedside lamp. Dust and dirt covered all the furniture, the toilet seat lid was broken, and there were stains on the sheets.I requested to shorten my stay, but the hotel refused. I also asked for my room to be cleaned, and three women came in barefoot, watching videos on their phones. They only fixed the toilet lid, and when I asked if they were done cleaning, they replied that the room didn’t need cleaning.

Location is Excellent, clean room and ambience.

In my case bathroom was stinky.

Bella was extremely helpful since day 1. She helped us so much with transports, excursions and everything else, for that, I will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay and organization smooth :)) Housekeeping does a great job changing sheets and towels on a daily basis as well as two bottles of water.

The lobby is super nice and cosy, but dusty :( We checked out a little early and waited our van but couldn’t really get comfortable since it was dusty on the sofas and chairs inside the seating area, definitely something that can be fixed easily, nothing more major.

The staff are absolutely amazing! They’re so friendly and always ready to help. Whether you want to chat in person, send an email, or give them a call, they’re super quick to respond. The location is perfect.

The room is infested with mosquitoes, and you will be bitten every day. There is no window for outside air circulation; only one window opens to the corridor, which is ineffective.The sewage smell is emanating from the toilet and entering the room.

Location was good with many shops nearby. Near to the beach as well. Most importanly, all the staffs were very friendly!

So friendly staff! Rooms were cleaned every day. New towels, toiletries and water every day. Super big and comfortable bed. We had a great time.

• Clean, neat and tidy room. • Staff very friendly, cheerful and helpful.• Perfect location near to Patong Beach only 7 min by walking and far from the noisy Bangla road. •the cleaning of the room was done daily. • the property provide daily for free water, coffee and tea. beach towels at the reception. • the staff were super kind to provide me an early check in up on arrival since my flight arrive early morning 5 hrs before the normal check in time. • I rent a motorbike from the property with a very nice price and without giving any insurance or keeping my passport with them as a grantee wich I appreciated. • the WI-FI is perfect. • I’ve had the pleasure of staying at “Memory Patong” 3 times now, and every visit has been outstanding thanks to its incredible staff. and of course my next trip to Phuket I will stay only in “Memory Patong”.

Not too noisy at night.

Cold water for shower. Moldy air conditioner. Having to leave your key at front desk (on counter, visible and takable by anyone walking in; sometimes no one physically at counter). Hard to find for any shuttles trying to pick you up or drop you off.

location. small room with a very small balcony but neat and clean. they provide 2 small bottles of water and 2 coffee mix pouches. lady at front desk is cheerful. it is more like a guest house.

class was missing. passage is narrow and somewhat dark. though room is cleaned daily other services give a miss. the going rate is 1300 BHT. tv set was hardly working.

This boutique hotel in Phuket exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering a beautiful view of the mountains. Bella and Pam provided exceptional hospitality, always welcoming and ready to help. They went above and beyond to fulfill every request and even assisted us in arranging ferry tickets and airport transfers seamlessly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay in Phuket

The room size is good enough with the location. But room cleaning is more concentrated on the housekeeping department.

The budget-friendly hotel for the long-stay guests. I guess they have no restaurant in-house facilities especially room service if any is required.
