great size rooms and nicely located for 3 beaches. albeit a 10 to 15 minute walk the roads were flat. Nice and quiet in the evening. Lovely pool

The room is massive, the beds are quite comfy, the pool is great, and the staff is friendly. Location was really close to move around to, but the property is on a side street, so it was very quiet.

Nothing was really bad.

Very big apartment, in a nice location not far from Yan Nui beach. Few good restaurants and convenience stores around. Decent swimming pool for the kids. The owner is nice.

With the neighbor's 2 roosters singing from 1am, it was not easy to sleep. The hotel staff service is irregular, some are helpful and fast in answer, some not.

We booked 3 rooms which are more like apartments- so very suitable for a longer stay. The rooms were clean and each had a terrace overlooking the pool. The resort is an oasis of calm and the pool area is beautiful. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was lovely. The resort is a short walk to the main town. Would definitely return.

Very big rooms, suitable for families and long term stays. A great location close to Yanui and Naiharn beach.

No shaded car or motorbike parking.

The nearest beach is a bit far and very crowded.

few mins to ya nui beach, few mins to rawai beach and restaurant area.Great location, restaurant had really good food.Breakfast also worth the xtra money .Pool is temp controlled so thats also nice.

The pool area was lovely especially at night with the lights on and noisy kids were asleep .

The property is looking a bit tired. The owner was extremely ignorant and rude disrespectful.The rest of the staff were not friendly either . Far from the beach if you do not hire a bike . Location not great .

Nice large room with kitchenette and kitchen supplies. Modern bathroom with great shower. Pool was nice and clean. The owner Gabriel and his staff were very nice and helpful. Love the fact that we could refill our water bottles at the cooler near the pool. The beach is a 10 minute drive away and the owner or his staff will take you and pick you up. Most people rent bikes to get around we but didn’t do that this trip.

The location was far from the ferry terminal and taxis are 220+ baht to go a short distance (less than 1km). There aren’t any sidewalks so walking into the are where the restaurants are was safer in a taxi or bike. The selection of restaurants wasn’t great and it’s not a super bustling area so if you want more things to do, best to stay in busier areas. It’s a quieter area and that was fine for us.

Phenomenal pool, great food - loved the Swiss breakfast and beer. It's out of the wayness adds to the charm. We used their shuttle to the beach and liked the nearby massage parlor and restaurants.

Nice resort in a quiet location (except the chickens in the morning) with a 7 eleven about 5min walk away and a 15 minute walk to Rawai beach. Rooms are simple but nice and clean. Staff were very helpful answering any questions and sorting out the complimentary shuttle service to Nai Harn beach, which was very handy to avoid walking in the heat. As well as this the water station to refill bottles and reduce waste was a good idea and meant we didn’t have to buy drinking water. There is also a restaurant on site that looked very nice although we didn’t try during our stay.

Mattress was very firm but think this is more of a personal preference so wasn’t too bothered by this as we only stayed for 2 nights.

Booked for 8 nights but checked out after one :(

The smell, it wasn’t very clean and strange noises in the middle of the night which sounded if they were coming from the wall cavity

Nice big rooms nice big unit with a large balcony outside outdoor kitchen. Also, the polished stone floors are nice.

The furniture is old and obsolete and damaged worn and should be replaced. This is included in the price which should be about 50% higher if it had proper furniture, even IKEA furniture.

The swimming pool.

We thought we would treat ourselves to a nice stay but it seriously needs upgrading for the price you pay to stay. 1 sachet of coffee for 2 people and the cups were stained?‍♀️the sink in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The bed was like sleeping on bricks. Our room was next to restaurant with lots of noise and banging and all we saw from the terrace outside was the cleaning cupboard and a glimpse of the pool. The other rooms seemed lots better, make sure you don’t get room 4 if you come here.

Very clean and well run. Gabrielle, the owner, makes sure all guests are taken care of in any way possible. The staff was so kind and helpful. Off the beaten path. No noise. All the rooms open up to a beautiful tropical pool. The traffic is manageable so scooter rental is easy for within a couple of miles and grab for longer distances. Wonderful menu at the restaurant with lots of selection and the kindest ladies that run it. We will be back.

Clean, good quality, friendly staff, economical. Pleasant base for single or family holiday. Quiet and clean.

Be aware that transport will be required for any excursion from the hotel.

Great pool and huge rooms. Very chilled vibe - nice to have the restaurant on site too. Quite pricey but very convenient and tasty food

Location means a longish walk or taxi to the beach but plenty of little places around the hotel to eat. Loved JJs juice bar
