    Pros +

    • The room was exactly as shown in the photos. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Old Town Phuket. We rented a bike and had a lovely ride to the Big Buddha and the beach areas. The staff also organized a taxi for us to go to the airport, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and a nice experience for a couple of days. The balcony was huge.
    • Near the old town, bus station.
    • They provided drinking water every day with room cleaning, and on the days we didn’t request room cleaning, they kindly left the water bottles in front of our door. Also, the hotel has an elevator, which is a nice advantage since many hotels in the Old Town do not have one.

    Cons -

    • There was some noise at night from the room upstairs and from the street, as our room faced that side.
    • The air conditioner in my room was not strong.
    • I made a reservation at this property mainly because it advertised luggage storage as one of its facilities. However, when we arrived and asked to see the storage room, they showed us a fully glass room located at the entrance of the building, which is also used as the breakfast area and is completely visible from the street. They told us that there are CCTV cameras and that “nothing ever happens,” but this was very disappointing and did not feel secure at all, especially since during check-in we were asked to sign a paper stating that the hotel does not take any responsibility for lost items. Under these conditions, the luggage storage cannot be considered safe. The check-out time was 12:00 PM, and our flight was in the evening. We had planned to leave our luggage at the hostel after check-out. However, because there was no secure place to store our luggage, we were forced to make an additional one-day reservation and stay 6 extra hours in the room. For this, we had to pay 1,100 baht, even after a so-called “generous” 100 baht discount.Hotels are not obligated to provide such a service, but advertising that they offer it and then not providing a proper and secure option is not ethical in my opinion.

The hotel location was good. Very near to phuket old town and old bus terminal which has the airport bus to airport

The staff's service could be better. And the hot water inside the bathroom used for bathing was not really very hot

Location, perfect for a 1 night stay to catch ferry to Phi Phi. Near the Rassada Pier. 7 eleven just under.

    Staff, not very nice.

    clean, comfortable and good location

the late check out was possible, but for very high price

    8DavidPosted on: 4-8-2025

I was positively surprised by the size of the room + terrace. Location is very good, very close to a bus terminal and 5-6min foot to Phuket Old Town. The room was big, nice and comfortable ( and has been the biggest of the whole trip ) If you like smoking green, a very cool spanish-owned shop is just around the corner - and somewhat cheaper than the tourist traps downtown.

No smoking nowhere, even on your room terrace - common in Thailand...

We arrived later than planned due to a flight delay and the staff were just so lovely and helpful. We paid a little extra for the deluxe room which is larger and were very happy. Our room was at the back with a large balcony by the river. The room was quiet, clean with a great comfy bed. Huge TV that had loads of channels and we got fresh water both days. We got massages next door (connected to hotel) which were the best we’ve had in Thailand! The (free) breky was a lovely surprise with bread, jams, coffee, juice and cornflakes. Considering this is a free extra we were v happy. Finally the staff are amazing, kind and very sweet. The cleaner noticed our key wasn’t working so ran down for us to sort it out - all with smiles. Genuinely lovely and a really great hotel if visiting the Old Town (recommended for the cafes and architecture).

Main Bus station T1 is only few minutes away from the hotel. It costs on 100 Bt from Airport to bus Station. If one gets Grab from airport it costs as much as 900 Bt. Also hotel is close to and withing walking distance to the main central location and Sunday market area.

There was a strong smell from next door canal with dirty water. Could smell it in the room.Does not have a strong AC.The couch sofa was dirty and aged. The breakfast is very very basic, cereal toast and coffee. That's it. No fruit or else. The lady even refused to give me hot milk even though there was a microwave in the kitchen area. I had to complain to the reception for addressing the dietary needs for hot milk.I stayed for 3 nights and they didn't leave any water bottles one day.The day I arrived tired from Chiang mai late at 9 pm on entering the room there was water on the floor. The reception took a long time to come and address the issue. It was inconvenient to hang around for the problem to be sorted when I wanted to go and eat.The staff can not communicate in English so could not get any competent info on travels, visits, restaurants etc. Only a couple of staff had English competency.

At first, we weren’t sure about the location, but we quickly realized we were wrong. It’s actually in a great spot—just a short walk to the central streets, yet tucked away enough to provide peace and quiet at night. The room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The room became extremely hot in the afternoon, likely due to its position, with the sun beating down on the external walls so intensely that it felt like an oven. The air conditioning was absolutely essential. However, this is only a concern if you plan to rest during the afternoon.

Nicely furnished and equipped, comfortable bed, good AC and convenient location.

    Fungus on bathroom curtain!

    4AmandaPosted on: 2-27-2025

Booked last minute as another place cancelled so was grateful for the bed

Not the cleanest and was greeted by a cockroach in the room upon arrival

Location is nor far away to old town.

The staff never feels obligated to understand your simple requests or questions. They brush you off.The hotel is nothing like the pictures on the internet. It is old and run down, with damp and bugs, especially in the bathrooms. The bed is very uncomfortable. The front rooms are surrounded by a tangle of tons of electrical wires, making it impossible to sleep because of both the traffic noise and the hum of the electricity. The back rooms are cramped, filthy, and next to a stagnant water source that swarms with Culex mosquitoes, which can transmit viruses such as Japanese encephalitis or West Nile virus (meningitis). I am pregnant, and when we found out, we could barely ventilate the room for fear of contracting diseases... The first room we were given had dead bugs and insects everywhere. When we asked for a change, they said they didn't have any other rooms available (we were the first to check in and arrived on time and they had six more available rooms...), but in reality they didn't want to find a solution, they just smiled and tried to brush us off. They just sprayed some air deodorant in the room as a SOLUTION.... OMG! I still cannot believe it...We were so frustrated that finally, after much insistence, they gave us another room - probably just to avoid a scene with other guests...Completely misleading photos, a reception and staff that only see you as a source of money, disgusting rooms and health conditions... WE would NEVER stay there again! Dont book this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful! It was clean and my room was made up early most days which helped

The bed was terribly hard. Work up with a sore back everyday. Also don’t have many facilities such as laundry services. The breakfast could be better

    6LancePosted on: 2-13-2025

Nice clean property Very close to bus station 1 which is very handy for airport

Limited breakfast, but I found it was all I need or wanted

Good location - 5 minute walk to the main parts of the old town. Rooms were pretty clean, soundproof and fairly comfortable. Good value for the price.

Nothing exceptional but it was a good stay.
