Location.

very friendly staff,

location is not the best as it’s on a main road so it is difficult to get to places also patong beach is about 40 minutes away , however it’s close to the water park and has a nice night market about 10 minutes down the road

The pool was a nice design.

- Staff were not welcoming.and showed no interest whatsoever- smell of cannabis in the hotel- were accommkdated in wnd category with bad views on slums

Nice and clean place, tub on the balcony is not inviting, no privacy at all!

Not many things nearby, but short ride to the center

Facility was clean and nice. Very pretty.

Poor location....car or scooter needed. Bed was not comfortable, mattress was very hard. Poor food options as no restaurants are close. No tourists information, such as tour brochures.

Landscape is beautiful. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Room is tidy and clean, bed is so comfortable.

Bedside lamp not function well.

Very clean, modern hotel. Lovely room. Our room had a bathtub which was awesome.

Took a while to checkout despite having prepaid for everything and not owning any money.

Very bad very old and dirty room

Firstly, the rooms did not match the photos, they could only offer a higher room with an extra charge. The room suite was dirty, the furniture was old, the toiletries were 1 shower cap and cotton buds. The room is designed for 2 people, "1 huge bed" means two small beds just standing together, the sink was leaking, the bathroom was dirty and the yard was not prepared for occupancy. Kitchen is very bad not recommended they also ask room service but just brought food in a container There was no outlet near the kettle, I heated the kettle wherever I could. This definitely does not match its rating

Nice property and convenient to the Lomprayah office for beards travel. Restaurant and bar list was sadly limited but otherwise did the job as an overnight for our onward trip to Koh Tao

The only slight downside is that there isn't a great deal around it. A 7-11 store is 5 -10 mins walk away as is Naka Market. Phuket old town is a taxi ride, although we did walk it once. Lovely hotel, though, and we would stay again.

The breakfast could be better

The hotel was beautiful and felt like staying in a private villa. Very tranquil, very spacious room, great amenities and staff were lovely. Night markets were short walk away.

The location of hotel is ok, the street is busy and not much to see and do on it but the next street over is more lively and grabs are very cheap and easy so in the grand scheme of things it's not a deal breaker.

Excellent hôtel. The staff is always very helpful and smiling. The room is beautiful and very clean. Beautiful swimming pool. Thank you for an excellent weekend in your hotel

The staff was very nice and the location was so close to everywhere

Honestly everything was great the staff really nice and generous but they have issue in the kitchen, cause i think the people who work there i believe they do everything even the cooking so one thing that misses from the hotel is in the kitchen ,they need good chef and will be amaze and also when you shower in the room the cartens wasnt clean but is not the people who work there i believe they need new ones

Bad!

The hotel was okay, but some staff members were unfriendly. The rules are very strict—you’re not even allowed to take a bottle of water out of the room without paying a fine. The location is really bad, far away from anything good.

Comfortable bed, spacious room with a great view of the pool

The food was delicious, the staff were so kind, the hotel it self was so beautiful and such a perfect stay, we will definitely come back! (Wee and Meen are such incredibly kind and lovely staff that definitely should get a raise, made us feel so welcome <3)

Great 2 night stay. Quiet pool to relax by and has a bar/restaurant. Staff were very kind and helpful. A bit out the centre but can taxi for very cheap or get some local food.

The hotel is new and very beautifully designed and decorated. The architecture is very modernised nyonya. And because it is built outside Phuket old town area, the rooms are v big.Room is very spacious and comfortable. We have a nice balcony overlooking the outdoor swimming pool that is of a good length.Staff are very friendly and the breakfast meal, though not a buffet, has a good range.The location is not far from Central Phuket Festival which is a big shopping mall. Grab fare is quite standard to most places in Phuket. It is almost always 200 bahts. Phuket transport is not cheap.

Due to its location, I dun see a lot of food options but you can always go to Central Phuket or old town.The shower and toilet room lighting is a little dim and could be brighter for safety reasons.
