C & N Hotel

The close prioximity to everything

Its a nice hotel for the money. Its basic & comfortable. No gym No pool

Returning to this place for the second time. Great location, good amenities, clean, courteous staff.

Rooms on the street side are noisy during the night. In my previous stay I had a better, quieter room.

upon arrival Kwan at the reception asked me if I only had a "small" bag or a big one, and then she judged that my bag was small enough that it guaranteed a security deposit, which as per her statement is the "Law" of the establishment. When I noted to her that they should have stated that as a requirement on the booking site she replied that she is stating it to me before check in, and then when I replied that my booking is not refundable she decided to be quite rude and started saying to me " what you do not understand ".I would suggest her superior to first teach her the necessary English and then teach her how to behave and not be rude with clients. Also once in the room the "Groom" started counting towels and glasses and whatnot, and I told him to take off and write whatever he wants.

Clean, comfortable and very close to the Patong beach

Breakfast was average

The location was excellent if you want to be close to everything in Patong. Breakfast was good and the hours available was reasonable. The room was clean and everything worked. Provided water everyday for free

The room did not block out any noise from the area. My room was loud and I could not sleep every night until bars and clubs closed after 4am. The room was dark in the evening due to not enough lights. There are raised floor for the room and the restroom and from the hallway to the room.

Location in the center of the action. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The super noise night and day. Our room was directly looking at the Bangla road and its night clubs which remain open until the morning. We remain only 2 nights.

The hotel was centrally located near food, entertainment, and shopping. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

No complaints

It's a very nice affordable hotel, it's clean (The housekeepers come every day and are very persistant :P) it's near all the downtown hotspots, but still quite located in the back.

This is not a very bad thing, but just know there is no pool. After a while I was a bit fed up with the beach so a pool would have been nice. My stay was more than a week, that's why I'm mention this.

The hotel is located close to Bangla Walking Street and Patong beach. The room was cosy and spacious for a couple.

nearby to restaurants

tThe quality of the towel was very bad and old to the extent that its side threads were coming apart, and its color was leaning toward brown.

The location

1. I asked to heat up my food and they charged 50 THB for that ! 2. Lobby staff refused to book me a taxi to my second destination. 3. The hotel doesn’t have an Iron as per the lobby staff.

Clean, quiet, and in a very good location. Perfect stay.

The staff at the reception wasn’t very friendly

Location was fabulous and the staff were very helpful . AC and mini fridge worked great.

Loved everything about this place

Neat and clean rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything you need within walking distance.

The only thing that bothered me was the noise coming from the renovation

Close to Bangla Road , night clubs, bars, restaurants, seven eleven stores close by

No microwave oven and no iron in the room

Great location, very clean property and it smells good!

No shaving kit, towels were little old.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff.

There were no international channels available on the TV

It is very clean and located in good area.

Water bottles are sufficient, which they provide daily.

Staffs are good

No pool . Very busy place ..noise is there

Price. Location.

Burdensome check in and check out. No ac in hallways. Dark hallways. Room took a long time to cold down. You can only turn on the air conditioning when you are in the room. Other hotels will give you an extra card so you can leave the power on while you’re out.
