The rooms and the place was so aesthetic and the rooms were very clean ,literally even the floors. And even the patong beach were walkable and everything was accessible

The pool is nice. The rooms are spacious.

Turning off the AC when you leave and then you come back to a hot room when it’s 90+ degrees outside. The pictures of the hotel are some what deceiving because one side of the hotel looks different from the other and so the balcony was not what I was expecting. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and when I called the front desk, they brought us hand soap and said they don’t use soap. I couldn’t tell if that was a joke. I had to ask for more soap later in our stay.

It was a botique hotel it was nice it was cute for a couple of days and I liked that it was within walking distance of the mall as well as the beach and patong street.

The parking was difficult and property was hard to find due to tight streets.

No breakfast and quality of tissue also one cup of tea/coffee per day and when you ask more they tell you to go and buy?

The location of this hotel is stunning, but the hotel itself is quite old. The shower and faucet water drains slowly, indicating a clog. The door is very thin, and I could hear everything in the hallway. I even wore earplugs at night, but it was still noisy. The room is spacious, but for this price, you can find better hotels. Facilities are very old

The pool area is very nice.

The room had some plumbing issues and the location is not ideal. Pretty far from the main things / beach and the walk is not easy or the safest seeming.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. Despite booking a taxi from the airport weeks in advance and even reconfirming it two days before arrival (with confirmation received), no one came to pick us up. When we called the hotel, they said it was not confirmed. Upon arrival, nothing was done to resolve this, except for a small discount on our return transfer after our insistence.The hotel’s location is good, but the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe. The room lacked basic amenities such as soap, and when I asked at reception, I was told they do not provide it. The bathroom was leaking, and the biggest inconvenience was the absence of hot water. The room cleanliness was below standard, the internet was very slow, and overall service was poor.Unfortunately, we were not satisfied and would not choose this hotel again.

Good location, clean and amazing staff especially Tuk and Meena

Everything was great, the staff was very nice, especially the night shift, who was a very friendly and funny guy. Mina was also very nice. Overall, everything was great.

Location. Places are walking distance, but, it's still a quiet place.

The hotel on the pictures looks much better than in reality. Room was very big in size, and air conditioning helped to beat the heat.Walking distance from the city center is 20ish minutes.

The area around the hotel has some shady streets, and also you can hear the electricity cables streaming very loud noises. In my opinion, it was expensive for the value.

The location is really good. Several 7/11 stores are around the corner, so are some cafes, the patong beach is 15 mins walk, the mall is also very near and we would go to the beach through the mall so it was not that hot.

Everything was great.

The rooms are extremely spacious and the pool area/ communal areas stylish and modern. The hotel is down a small road between busy areas. It was 5 mins walk to the night market opposite Tiger restaurant. It was quiet and the staff were helpful. The shower pressure was excellent.

I feel on closer inspection the bathroom could do with an upgrade. It had been patched up a few times in the grouting/tiles but it was clean and spacious and the freezer toiletries were nice.

Was not very pricey, rooms were average and spacious. Reception was helpful in booking a taxi to our next location.

Not so clean, water in shower was not hot and pressure was awful

Very friendly staff and big rooms. Perfect location to stay - short walk to Patong beach/Bangla road. Close to Big C and shopping centre. Massage salon and nail salon on the same street.
