O'nya Phuket Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was beautiful, clean, and smelled wonderful, a really great experience overall. The location is convenient: Patong Beach is the closest if you just want to relax, but we also rented a motorbike and drove 30–50 minutes each day to explore more of Phuket. Everything about the hotel felt comfortable and welcoming.

No complaints at all.

Very close to the central department store and Bangkok hospital Siriroj. The first floor is lobby, and rooms are located on the second floor (no elevator). The room is clean, but surrounded is quite noisy.

Maybe it was the location of our room, but it's pretty noisy due to the proximits of the highway and poor door sealing.

A great boutique hotel in Phuket! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness is perfect. The only minor downside is that it can be a bit noisy, but earplugs are provided, which is very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

No breakfast was available, so can't comment on that. It was clean, the staff were reasonably friendly and helpful.

It is located on a major thoroughfare road, it is not possible to properly close the window shutters and it was VERY LOUD. Even with earplugs. Only suggest this place if you're a very heavy sleeper and don't mind traffic noise all night.

Amazing rooms, very spacious and it really felt very luxurious. Wifi was great albeit a little annoying having to log in every 3 hours if you’d not used the connection.

No breakfast option and the cafe next door didn’t open until 11am so you had to go out if you wanted breakfast. Location is 15minutes walk from anything and to get to any beach/old town you have to get a taxi or rent a vehicle

It’s a neat and clean cosy hotel with vintage decor, spacious rooms and toilets, very close to Central mall and Chillva Market. The property has been maintained meticulously with an eye for details, which is very rare in the price range, Located centrally to all places of interest in Phuket. The staff were very courteous and helped us with our queries and reservations promptly. A must stay hotel in Phuket, will surely visit again?

The website and leaflets mention free snacks but there were none as the hotel was under renovation and nobody had informed us about that ..

Hotel is beautiful, close to the Central Festival shopping centre and a quick Grab into town. Staff are great. The Indian restaurant downstairs is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable.

Location is not ideal. It's very close to the highway, which is very loud all through the night and not easily walkable. Even locations quite close are best accessed by car, and the apparently regular buses into Phuket Town were hard to find if they even existed.

Hotel decor is so good, it has beautiful corridor front of the rooms, everything is so good but location is far from everything except Central mallYou can storage your luggage for free

Really cute property and cute room.

The bathroom tile in the shower was never cleaned so it was a bit of a slimy feeling and the shower water options were only extremely hot water or freezing cold water, no in between. The bed was hard as a rock and the sheets for the week we were there were never changed out. The ac was very noisy, you can also hear the busy streets off in the distance too so it just felt noisy every day.

Hotel is well decorated. The room is clean and neat. Perfect for couples or solo traveler. At night there could be noise from the road but hotel provides earplugs.

We arrived on time for check in, girl at the front desk was on the phone which what seemed like a personal call and this lasted around 15 mins while we stand waiting without any air conditioning in the lobby. Once she finally got off the phone she didnt even welcome us or apologiesed for waiting. It was just a very unwelcoming encounter. No lift and no one to help bring luggages to the room. 1000 THB deposit is required. No one refilled our fridge with water after the first day. Room lacks some light and air condition was very weak! It would turn off in the middle of the night and you’d be sweating trying to press some button half asleep to put it back on. On check out day which we had to leave at 5:30am no one was at the front desk to give us our deposit back. We had a difficult time with the housekeeper who we had to call and did not speak english (not his fault) We we’re not well informed about check out times.

The hotel was lovely, the room had all the necessities, .The Staff was helpful in every way possible.There is a big shopping center, a 10 minute walk from the hotel, also a hamdfull of local restaurant (mostly filled with locals, so the food was nice)It was a good spot to get taken for daily boat trips

It was noisy, with a 24/7 Coca Cola distribution center and the main Phuket road just around the corner.But if u sightsee a lot,, you'll be to tired to care :)Ear plugs, are a good option as wellAlso the bed was super hard.

Difficult sleeping at night because the location is close to the main road, and there is a smoking area nearby, causing a strong smell into the room
