Very noisy, not that clean, and they made me pay for a broken glass though it wasn’t may mistake only.

Loved the staff, they were extremely friendly! Rooms were super clean and very comfortable as the beds were soft and heavenly.Our room was on the third floor and there was lift access so it's quite convenient. Our room also came with a little balcony not much space especially not to hang clothes to dry but still a balcony nonetheless.We could also do our laundry and get it dried for a small fee instead so we did that.It was strategically located near Phuket Old Town and was nearby Ratsada Pier (about 20 mins away) as we were taking a speedboat to Koh Lanta on our 4th day here so definitely very convenient. It is rather quiet at night and far from the nightlife (40mins-ish) but we were able to conveniently book a grab to Patong Walking Street and get tuktuks to send us back to our hotel once we were done so that was fine too.Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

They had a pool, gym and room service.

we had three rooms and stayed for 6 nights, the rooms were spacious enough, but the rooms were quite unclean, the mattress in one room was filthy, we only noticed on the last night once the sheet and protector had came loose! right beside the main road running through this portion of phuket, the swimming pool was quite dirty and looked unused and uncleaned.the staff at reception were friendly and helpfuljust a basic cheap hotel with nothing much going for it.

✅ The Good:•The room was spacious, providing plenty of space to relax.•The swimming pool was a nice feature, offering a good place to unwind.•Breakfast was included, which is always a plus.

❌ The Bad:•The room still had clothes from previous guests, showing a lack of proper cleaning. The hotel did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake.•The staff were okay but not particularly welcoming or accommodating.•The breakfast was just average, nothing special.•The swimming pool, while nice, could have been cleaner.•Basic amenities like a toothbrush were not provided, and we had to request them separately. • Bed sheets didn’t feel fresh.

Hotel was comfortable, we had everything we needed, they allowed us to do early check in. Great location if you plan to train Martial arts in most famous Phuket gyms.

Wifi didin’t worked in the room and there was no solution for that.

Everything was great about this property just the location is quite far out - over 5 days we spent a lot of money on grabs to get to the beaches and the temples. A moped would be a great option which the hotel offers!

Nice place, friendly staff. This place not far from sport street, they have bikes and mini-shop in the hotel. I think more comfortable live in bungalow then in room, but it depends of how long you stay here.And also they have mini gym, it was super comfortable to me)

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was lovely, and there’s a 7/11 nearby for any essentials you might need. The location is close to the pier and a few beaches, though you’ll need to use Grab or Bolt to get there.They also offer motorcycle rentals, but we decided against it since the road out front can be quite crowded. Our room was cozy, with a large bed and a balcony that overlooked the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Very friendly staff and service.

Bathroom in bungalow are very small and a bit dangerous. Tiny fridges and holes in the door which let bugs in and the beds are very super hard not very comfortable at all.

ants in bathroom, was told nothing could be done until the morning. no fresh toilet roll or clean towels. very small balcony, only just fit one person on. side of a very busy road.

The room itself & the bed were so comfortable. It has a lovely pool, albeit not the biggest & the staff were friendly & helpful.

There was building work going on (presumably behind our room), which meant that we were woken early. We appreciate that this was out of the hotel's control, but it did ruin our stay a little.

Room standard with a bath. Nice coffee shop next door. Bird sanctuary near by also and few other locations similar. If your doing some trianing camp it's probably a good location near chalong. Wat chalong temple is near by which was cool.

You get what you pay for. Location very far out.. Pool was small but ok for a dip. Tv was small and channel choice terrible.

We had an excellent three-week stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The hotel and its surroundings were spotless, with exceptional housekeeping that maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The internet connection was not only reliable but impressively fast, making it easy to stay connected without interruptions.The hotel offers a variety of extra services, such as motorbike rentals, though we didn’t take advantage of them. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment. Our room faced the street, so we occasionally heard motorbikes at night, but this is common in city hotels and didn’t detract from our overall experience.In terms of value for money, the hotel was absolutely worth it. Its combination of excellent service, clean facilities, and convenient amenities made our stay memorable. We would gladly return in the future!

The staff we're AMAZING, location to Fitness Street SOI THAI 8/ May Thai and gyms only 5 minute walk, pool was lovely and clean. Rooms were big and basic but has everything you need. Family run business and it tells, lovely people and they can't do enough for you! Food in the adjacent cafe was great and for protein smoothies, the best in Phuket! They even made my Birthday special on Christmas Day :) Would stay again and if your visiting fitness street the ONLY place to stay!

Location to rest of Phuket but this is not a major problem :) Rooms a little dated but again clean and spacious.

It was great place to stay over especially with your family and friends. The employees were very kind and professional. There was a small mistake in a booking but they fixed it right away and we were satisfied. The room is spacious and facilities are quite modern, well taken care of.

Maybe you need a car and some attention to find the location? Otherwise it was perfect

Our room stank the entire stay, even though we mentioned it multiple times nothing changed and everyday we had to walk in into a room that stank... also we tried to do our laundry using their service and they didn't have it ready after 24h, which is the time they promised when we paid the price, and told us they would have it the next morning. However we needed the clothes for that day as we ran out of clean clothes and they gave us our "clean" clothes that still smelled and looked dirty...
