Probably I can say the location is nearer to the markets.

There's not much to say about this hotel. It's just an average place with poor cleanliness. Stains are visible all around the room. We booked a honeymoon suite, but it doesn't feel like one. The private swimming pool is dirty and not worth the cost. The bed was one of the worst I have ever slept on; it's so hard it doesn't even meet the hotel's standards.

The breakfast is extremely bad and not clean Food on floor and the breakfast is not international or anyone can eat and unclean - bugs in the bathroom

It was a good location away from the madness of patong, great for a couples break away

The pool was really shaded didn’t get any sunshine, the breakfast was disappointing.

Its simply not 5 stars and staff some of the them not well co-operated and the worst think was the breakfast its prepared for asian people only

My room was excellent, balcony pool was sunny and clean. Location is close to everything.TV with youtube and Netflix.In room menu is very rich and reasonable.

Check in - out process is slow. No pool towels in the room.Reception area is a mess Very noisy for lower floor rooms because people are screaming in the pool area. Upper floors are recommended.

Staff behaviour and Breakfast. Paid for accommodating 2 kids as well but they were not given breakfast and were charged 225B per head which was never heard of policy anywhere.

Staff, poor hotel menagment. Whole my stay i didn't feel safe here. I strongly recommend to avoid this place. Also if you are coming from EU or USA please note not this is not 5 * hotel. This is 2.5 * hotel and they dont care about guests. Whole staff including GM they urgently need training about Customer Service. This is my 5th visit to Thailand and I stayed in many hotel but this is worst one. Its ony 5* price. Whole resort are DIRTY and UNSECURED.Hotel building, rooms, pool, front office renovation asap. AVOID this hotel even if you get it for free.

Do not stay at this Resort - cheap and nasty

This is defiantly not a 5 star resort, front desk was rude when we arrived, it was my mistake not including daily buffet breakfast in our package. They told us about the buffet across the road for $450baht, if you want to eat with cows shitting while eating, food has no temperature control (yogurt was warm) go for it. When we return back to front desk and enquired about the inhouse buffet breakfast, was told not included in your package not allowed to pay for it. Go to the end of the road turn right - fantastic restaurant's/cafe shops - Coffeemania was the best and more cheaper as well.Pool - for a large pool, so many people, only 10 sunbeds, sometimes the pool bar staff turned up and then they don't understand what you want for a drink, even though you pointed to the picture. Out of 8 days, they were their for 3 - went to 7/11 to by alcohol drinks for the day.I was on the 4th floor. view outside the Resort. some evening you could smell the sewage, which was feral.For the room - the bed was 2 single beds pushed together (nearly fell through on the first night), was hard as a rock - housekeeping didn't understand putting a topper on for comfort, until I stripped the bed back to bare mattress. There is rust under the sink.I have been to Patong 6 times - going back to Graceland/Novtel/Swaddi/Marroit

Decent location 10 minutes walk to the beach

Couple of tiles in the pool need replacing, and building shows signs of age one the outside not a deal breaker though.

Hotel location and room was good. Needs to be more careful with the room facilities.

Plumbing in the washroom was poor. Hot and cold water mixer in the basin was not working.Lever for shower mixer was broken.Hook for hanging clothes was broken.

Noise. Dirty. Breakfast really the worst I've seen. I would have been fine with just a good croissant instead of a whole lot of very cheap food. Went 1 time that was it.

The staff is very limited for room service and no staff available if you want any help at night. The receptionist is rude at night shift so does the female Mam.

A very good place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Private pool came in handy.

The rooms were ready upon arrival, close to each other. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good enough and plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby.

On arrival I checked with reception that breakfast was included in the room rate but was told the reservation was room only. It was a few days later going through the booking on the app I noticed that breakfast was indeed included in the resrvation. I pointed this out to reception and they apologized for their error. we went to breakfast the next day and never went again. A complete let down both in the food offered and the hygiene of the restaurant.
