It,'s a very nice room. The sofa and coffee table in the room made it feel cosy. There was no breakfast but you could help yourself to coffee packets, bananas and cookies in the lobby.

The TV didn't work! There were signs in the room stating no food allowed in the room! You can't put tissue in the toilet!

Clean, simple, and very well run by the owner. You can tell there’s personal care behind the place, which makes a big difference. Great value for the price, everything worked as expected, and the stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be back.

The location was perfect - on a lovely quiet street yet just a stone's throw from the old town.Our room and bed were very comfortable and spacious.The hosts were very hospitable and friendly with the lady bringing us fruit, and we were also able to use the coffee machine downstairs.We had a wonderful stay - thank you!

Amazing Bed and breakfast, cozy house, very close to Phuket's center. Quiet, clean and very well cared residence. Lovely owners.

Room was spacious and inviting. The decorations were lovely, and we could relax in our room when needed. Fridge was great too.

Smell that came through the bathroom whenever the door was closed. The air vent also went through to the balcony, which caused the same smell of sewage from the street.

The host guy was friendly and helpful. Room was good and clean. The host lady is a bit grumpy but the guy makes it up for her .

It was literally 2 minutes from the bud station and 5 minutes from Old Town. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well. I walked everywhere, but the bud terminal is at your disposal and around the corner is a free town shuttle. Really enjoyed it, and the host east so nice.

I really have no complaints. The host is not a fan of weed smokers. So don’t do it outside the entrance. I never did. Just saying. The pot shops let you smoke there.

Room is very nice and spacious. Also super clean and they even give you the option to clean everyday. New towels and water bottles were then waiting for us when we got back. Staff was also super sweet and welcoming, we could extend our stay no problem at the last minute and we could borrow beach towels. Everything was perfectly taken care of! Location is also super, close to the old centre but in a nice quiet street. Definetly recommend!!

The owners were very friendly and gave me some good tips on how to get to the beach. I liked the shopping and restaurant options in the area.

The room was noisy due to construction in a nearby building. I also had trouble with the toilet.

Everything was amazing! The couple who owns the place were both great!! Very friendly and gave me tips on a couple things to do in the area. The room was lovely, the shower was warm, they cleaned my room everyday, and I was able to wash my clothes for 50 thb (40 if you have your own detergent). Offered free tea, coffee, bananas and a couple snacks. Includes 2 free water bottles everyday. Nice area, walkable distance to lots of good restaurants and to the Old Phuket Town Night Market. I would definitely book again!! I loved it here!

Great place to stay in Phuket town, on a nice side street short walk to old town and with loads of good local restaurants nearby.Hosts are lovely funny friendly people who made me feel very welcome, and went out of their way to prepare a new room for me because I wanted to stay longer. Also did my washing and rented a bike from them at a very reasonable price.The room I booked originally is great with it's own private balcony.Everything well maintained and very clean too.If I come back to Phuket town I will definitely stay here again :)

Wasn't a problem for me but might be good to know there's no elevator, so make sure you can walk up a few flights of stairs with your bags

Everything was super good. I highly recommend for families, couples and solo travelers. Everything was clean and comfortable. The lady and the man are very helpful, always ready to give tips and suggestions.

We came here on very short notice due to our original hotel not being what we expected, luckily they were available. The couple that ran the hotel are the nicest, most thoughtful people we have had the pleasure of meeting. The man helped us with our luggage to our room and helped us do our laundry (costs 50 THB including detergent). The lady looked after us every day and gave us banana’s, coffee, dried mango and some little apple tasting fruit before our boat and bus journeys. The rooms were clean and as advertised, the towels and water were replenished every day and the bed was comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

This is a Stutenten flaphouse 4,5 Rules. You are not allowed to open the Windows. You are not allowed to take people into the room. You have to take your shoes off downstairs. 5 short clothes just wash 50. Bat. The room was never cleaned. The?Boss is a hipcrite and a lazy bum.

We loved everything! There isn't a single fault that I could point out. The family looked after us really well, the location was fantastic and the room felt like home. We extended our stay 3 times just because we liked it so much. There were snacks, fresh fruit, tea and coffee every morning and the vibe there was really good and very friendly. One of the best places I have ever stayed, I can't recommend it enough! We will definitely be back.

I had an amazing time in hotel, the family was super nice, helpful and committed. Everything was very clean and there we're free water and fresh fruits every day.

The room was a bit dark because the window faced the wall of the neighboring house.

Good location (next to the bus terminal and old town in walking distance) and nice owner. Everything you need is there.

Little bit expansive, but I guess that’s the case allover Phuket.
