Amazing resort with over the top guest service!

Gorgeous property

Housekeeping never changed the sheets and we stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and another time never emptied the bathroom trash can.

Room, facilities, breakfast and beach

The swimming pools and the beach attending the hotel are great! We got an upgrade and the room was amazing (we were provided with fresh fruits and champagne to welcome us).Very comfy beds, nice view on the beach and the laguna, superb bathroom.The spa is also a highlight although it's a bit expensive.

The area where our room was located was literally infested by mosquitos! The restaurants are very expensive and the food is good but not exceptional, the quality of the breakfast is also a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

Good location. Nice hotel.

Rooms are good size but not functional, no wardrobes, too much packed. We put our clothes on the extra bed due to lack of storage. There is one water slide. Some adults are taking rides as well (like 40 yo big guys) we had an incident that a guy did the slide just after our kid and hit on our son. When we asked the security watching them to slide they way he answered was unacceptable“these gents they don’t listen to me!” Then why is he there even if he can not prevent these cases?

We asked for late check out but the hotel cudnt accommodate and tried every possible ways to push us to check out as soon as possible. I found it a bit impolite

The pool and beach was just perfect. Love the club benefits. Even though it’s not an all-inclusive resort it feels like they offer so much that I didn’t have to worry about meals.

Our room was clean overall but we did have ants by the lounge bed. So we couldn’t make use of the day bed.

The beach and pool are very nice. There is a nice gym. The breakfast is good with plenty of choices.Our kids enjoyed the stay and the time we had on the beach, pool and Phuket. The hotel is rather remote from Phuket, but in a nice Laguna area with restaurants and shops.

Check in terrible. We arrived after 14:00, which is check in time designated by hotel. The two rooms were not ready, we were asked to wait 10 min for the first room and additional 20 for the second. We got first room after half an hour and the second room after almost two hours. In the first room the toilet was not clean, someone used it just before we came. Trying to flush revealed that it was clogged. Immediately called maintenance and after one and half hours waiting went to complain to front desk. Instead of smooth checking in we had two hours of troubleshooting and waiting. The front desk is nice but they are lying about waiting times and able to take care of issues efficiently.

Best hotel to stay in Phuket for families and couples!Amazing location, hotel design modern and Thai styles, facilities, activities, service, breakfast and cleanliness satisfied each one from my family.Will definitely come back during my next visit.

SPA prices are not logical and extremely overpriced, what caused us to reject this service (and we used this service in another hotels in 3 times lower rates).We expect reform the prices.Pay for massage ~100$ when 100 meters on the beach it costs 10$ just not fair..

Beach side proximity; lovely day bed with a view from the room; great hospitality by all the staff. Detailed breakfast with daily menu updates.

Everything is great. So close to the beach. You can just walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful view. The breakfast is delicious and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights with our family. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely come back again.

The water was weak.

I like the location of property which make you enjoy The beauty of nature, sea and river. I like the swimming pool. Staying on this property was comfortable, clean and staff were sober. Had very good time .

The location was prefect for us. Not too far from the airport and from many attractions. Breakfast had good variety and everything we tried was good and tasty. The room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The SPA treatments were amazing. Highly recommended. We will come back.

Amazing staff, very helpful and polite. The hotel facilities are very well maintained and clean, spotless. The restaurants provide amazing dishes in a cozy ambiance.

the breakfast options are limited, and I was hoping for more variety, especially in the selection of cheeses.
