Location, but still not the best location

They gave us a room without window and balcony. Room was like a prison cell. They didn’t mention it before we locate.

Staff was very nice and courteous

The place was very far from key attractions and we didn't realize the same while booking. In addition, the breakfast was not okay.. I booked this hotel as I didn't find many options at the last moment. While it is certainly value for money, I dint recommend it due to facility and too far location.

I like the very comfortable welcoming atmosphere and the staff are very amazing and helpful. It’s very near many places as well.

Hot water is lukewarm at times, sometimes you are able to hear neighbors very minor things

The hotel is near (or in) the downtown. It means all historical places are close and you can walk around to see the contrast between temples, colonial houses, restaurants, etc. The breakfast is included. Don't expect any western style, we had a simple but good breakfast. It helped us to get energy and walk in the downtown.

There's nothing to add here. Since we stayed only a night and we had to check out in the morning.

the room was excellent and had blackout curtains. Staff warned me about the loud music from next door. but they filed to warn me about the flying ants and I left balcony door open to listen to the music but when I closed them, I didn't notice until about 1am - I was being attacked by hundreds of flying ants.

I really love this Hotel! The location of this hotel very strategic. You can go anywhere around the town within regular walking distances. The staffs also very helpful and kind, excellent services. You can rent motorcycles there and taxi to airports too! Definitely will book again to this hotel when I am going back go Phuket one day. Sending love from Malaysia ??

Almost none that I know of. Maybe the elevator a bit too small and slow but it functions well enough to be use.

The staff were great and a warm welcome ?.Friendly and very helpful ?. The location was good as it's on the edge of 'old town'. There is a seven eleven 2 minutes walk for basic supplies. I can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't eat there as we are really into street food ??

The staff are wonderful and the rooms well equipped. However, the hard mattress on the bed made it difficult to sleep well. Slightly softer mattresses would be a great improvement.

Uncomfortable spring beds. Only one reading light. Only one plug next to bed, of the single format type, so we had to charge phones one at a time at the single international plug on the desk

After complaining about my room(see pics) they gave me another room. Good service from the evening crew. During the dayshifts staff was less friendly

First room had mold in the bathroom, leaking sink/shower. Balcony was dirty. Looked rundown needs a bit of attention if you want to sell it for this price

The room is spacious and clean, but a little bit dark, The breakfast is very poor and the shower is also not good. There is no curtain in the bathroom, so after showering, everything is wet. There is only one soap dispenser, which should be used for the sink and shower. There is no conditioner, only shampoo. There are no face towels (only bath towels) and there is no spare roll of toilet paper (which could be a problem). The room is quiet, but very old and seems to be full of patches and wear. Instead of magnetic cards, they still use a key system. There’s only one socket in the room and it’s located underneath the bed, making it difficult to use. The final impression is that the hotel, in addition to being old and, with the exception of cleanliness, is not well maintained and there is no effort to make improvements, even those that do not require large investments.
