Sugar Marina Resort - Nautical - Kata Beach

Location was great, front desk, staff very friendly and professional, and provided me tax invoice right away.

There was some renovation noise being made around my room but problem was remedied by front desk staff by telling workers decease work until I checked out

This hotel was great! Staff were friendly, room was spacious/clean and the location was perfect! The hotel was set back from the main street but still close walking distance to everything.

Location, near to kata beach. The shade of the colors are fantastic, so natural and match!!!

Cleanness at the trash at the restaurant’s restroom. The hotel is look too old than the website.

Location was perfectly situated near the beach and near the resort where I attended a wedding

Lovely hotel very near the beach. The room was big and spotless. The hotel even decorated our room for our anniversary. All the staff were so lovely. The pool was in the shade most of the day so was far too cold to swim in. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was delicious. After check out, staff kindly let us leave our luggage and later in the day let us use the showers gave us towels. I would stay here again :)

Cute decor, friendly staff, and good location

Room smelled musty which really bothered my allergies, and bed was too hard for our comfort.

The hotel is very old the building was not looking very nice, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, the only upside of the hotel is its location

It's not a good place to stay at all. It's quite far from the city, and also quite far from the good beaches. not clean and breakfast was really bad.

The photos definitely made the hotel seem nicer than it was. The bathroom is very exposed. The sliding door was stuck and you could see into the bathroom from the bed which was not pleasant. The air conditioning was also stuck on a certain temperature and we couldn't change it. Two of the pillows were also stained and it made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. For the price we paid it was not worth it.

Great location clean tidy value for money

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, good location, great breakfast. On the map, this hotel appears to be 10 minutes from the beach, but it's less than 5 minutes.

Some items in the room need updating to make the room perfect.

Loved the bed and pillows. Very comfortable. Breakfast was alright. Providing guests with slippers, beach towels and beach mat was above expectation ??

The decor of room was nice and clean ! The staff were very friendly and accommodating!

The one ply toilet paper! The hot and stuffy elevator! The unsecured wifi !

I wouldn’t usually write a negative review on something like this but this was particularly bad, the pillows were horrendous, it was basically like if I filled a pillow case with my balled up socks. We had one decent one but the rest were unusable :(

Not much to be honest, reception staff was very nice and welcoming.

The rooms are dirty and scruffy,The sofa was stained and dirty,so was the bed.Lots of mold in the rooms and smelled moldy.The place has potential but needs to be maintained which I don’t think has been done for years.I went to the gym it was disgusting, dirty, old and rusty.Breakfast had lots of choice but the food was under the lamps so it was dry.

The bed was comfortable for us and the AC was cold.

The food poisoning, the leaky roof that soaked all our belongings, the shower with no water pressure, the condition of the hotel.
