Customer service when we checked in was poor. They did not want to give us the king bed we had booked. They insisted that we should have called to reserve the bed

Everything great

We get family room which was big and bathroom was very big and comfortable. Room was clean. It’s good place to visit whole Phuket. We rent scooters so we had a lot of place to park in. 7 eleven and food market few minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was ok. It was always sth for kids to eat f.e pancakes etc

Water pressure in shows - dramatic. It was very difficult to wash long hairs. Personel in reception wasn’t very nice not typical Thai people. I was disappointed ? swimming pool inside was not working at all. On the pictures hotel looks a wee but different.

Pool was nice temperature, breakfast was good

Not 4 stars as advertised, hotel nothing like the pictures, run down, bed was hard, tv did not work no cable channels, nothing in gym worked

Easy parking. Two swimming pools. Buffet breakfast was included in our case, the staff that ran the breakfasting area were fantastic.

The room was outdated and needs an upgrade. The same was true of the corridor flooring.

Very clean rooms, kind and helpful staff.

Rooms are basic, not very atmospheric. I had booked a “Superior Room” but it turned out that is their standard room (the other category being “Deluxe”.. Location is quiet but also nothing special.

Disappointing

It was dirty and smelly. Especially the Bathroom and the Pool.

* Female staff and the cleaners, they were really helpful * Beautiful upper lounge area and reception area. The interior decor in these two places at the property is nice and thoughtful, they paid attention to details

* The (old man) male staff who is much older than the rest of the staff. Too bad I didn’t catch his name. He was so rude and inconsiderate, we lodged as two friends but both of us independently encountered bad service from him, one of the many encounters was when I went in the night to request him for toilet tissue as the cleaners had not put one that day, in a harsh tone he said, “one toilet paper per day” I walked away in disbelief, waited for the next staff on shift who did not even question but offered the tissue.* Some of the things I hope that the hotel could do better at is provide sugar in the rooms, better showering gel and not just liquid soap. And replace all these room necessities without us having to ask first.* What the unit has to offer is somehow different from what is mentioned in the unit description online. For example, the unit description mentioned that there would be a bath tab and bathroom robes, these were not available at all. There is no problem at all with a room not having these things. The problem is these were clearly stated in the description and we came with an expectation.

Comfortable bed and nice pool access, breakfast was good

We found the general area affected our hayfever/dust allergies, our room in particular under the bed was very dusty. Hard to get to other areas from here as well/long drives and expensive taxis

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and they cleaned the room every day

It has a back door to Lotus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room has sink at the balcony, good for long vacation stay. It may be a bit far from the city centre but it is located behind lotus -- very easy to book ride using any app. It has two swimming pool, seems to be a quiet place (at least that time while I was staying there).

The location is great, it’s very clean with 2 swimming pools and very very functional. The little door leading to Lotus makes it super convenient with lots of car park.

Breakfast was good, nice choice buffet style. Two pools were nice the larger pool across the car park was better my preferred pool. Quiet location with a 7 eleven and a few, small places to eat just round the corner. The arrangement of the rooms around a central pool was nice with plenty of comfortable seating around.

I would have like a comfortable chair in the room instead of a padded bench (just personal preference).

Nice place to stay for few nights, needed place to sleep for few day in Phuket. Staff were very friendly but facility is old

air conditiner sounds like hellicopter, needed time to get used to it because its impossible to sleep without AC

Even the location is not in the center of Phuket, but it's near Thalang Hospital, 7-11, Tesco Lotus, so you can find anything you want around here. The cleanliness is super satisfied, clean and tidy bedsheet.

I think the location of the air-con should be fixed, sometimes it's cool and sometimes it's not

Superb value for money. Rooms are clean and come with a balcony. Lovely pool as well. Breakfast has limited options, but is very delicious and sufficient. Location in the center of the island lets you go anywhere quickly by motorbike. There is a 7/11 and a Lotus with a nice food court just around the corner.
