Welcoming staff and cleanliness of rooms maintained daily.

I had asked for separate twin beds, however the beds were joined even though there were two separate beds. We were unable to separate it and that's my only complaint.

Good location close to banglar road. easy to walk and explore.

Pool bar didnt seem to have staff. Saw a few people at the pool looking for someone to buy drinks from but couldnt.

communication with staff, room size, daily cleaning, swimming pool on the roof, gym....

some of the guests were very noisy at times when they shouldn't be (2+AM), bring earplugs just in case...

The reception and housekeeping staff were exceptional! The pool and bar were also a highlight, thanks to the hard working bar tender/poor attendant! The room was spacious and comfortable.

There's nothing to fault about the hotel. The downside is just the by product of being so close to Bangla Road. Other guests were quite noisy and inconsiderate, but if quiet is your thing, maybe choose a different location!

The bathroom had a fixed open window. It was too noisy from the music coming from outside.

Love this hotel , friendly staff , do anything for u. Coffee shop adjacent to it on the road. Good gym , great value for the price

Housekeeping leaves at 5 or 7 pm and the cafe or restaurant is closed at 11 pm

staff are friendly and helpful, the room quiet even it's near the busy area of Bangla road

The worse hotel u can be the workers also nat nice we have no electricity all day long and one of the workers at reception told me go and complain she was really rude

Location is perfect and it match with my purpose of visit.

On the last evening I requested to arrange a taxi back to airport next morning and the staff at the reception rejected the request just on my face as I was late to made the request. Thought the time frame of the request was not passed to me on arrival even though I did enquirer about it on arrival day. They only highlighted the fines if I do something bad in the hotel like damaging the property.

nothing was to like

not clean, bad wifii, uncomfteble bad, cheep place dont give extra towel if you nred, bad atitith. the worse hotel I have eve been. I payd and left before becouse I couldnt stay in the room that make terible noice with the old airconditioner and mosqiutoes and bugs!

Staff were very accommodating. They really tried their best to help us with our complain but it is the hotel itself was the problem.

For the light sleeper like us the hotel sound proofing was bad. We can’t sleep without the earplugs on.

Clean and comfy

The floor abit full with sands, need to vacuum it.

It was OK but location is patty central somewhere else but away from the party area is much better choice

Pillows were awful. CouldNot get a good night sleep. Lost a room card so they charged us 200 THB.

-rooftop swimming pool-good rice 27 pound a night

-breakfast- rise, chicken, spaghetti every day - single glazed window, you can hear the music all night long -dirty, no window in the toilet just a net.-smell of sewage - staff with low level of English, no good customer service,rude.- I have been advice from staff to go next door for dry cleaning
