Great place, beautiful view, awesome pool, best breakfast ever

Nonstop stair climbing to get to your room/breakfast/pool - very limited nr of elevators; also no sidewalk outside the hotel towards the beach

Everything was perfect. The bast new year with my family. Everything was clean, nice view, pools were awesome. 3-5 minutes walking to the beach. The breakfast was ok. Even with the small kind- we were able to find something to eat. Thank you for everything.

Good breakfast buffet and spa staff were great.

Our room had a musty smell. Staff were not as friendly (unlike Cambodia and Vietnam) especially at the front desk.Pool has opening time at 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. I’ve never had experience a hotel with pool time restrictions.

Big rooms, nice breakfast

The location of the hotel is not good, very isolated.the room has a stinky smell, the structure of the hotel is not comfortable, you need to climb to get to the room. All services at the hotel are super expensive in comparison to other places.

The staff was exceptional, very kind, polite and helpfull

We, two families with a grandmother and four kids, loved the Sunsuri hotel! The breakfast was delicious with various options that changed often. Some of our favorite parts were the aerobic class at 11am daily and water volleyball games led by the amazing staff! Keay, who was managing the sport sessions, was super friendly, kind, and welcoming! The location is great: close to the beautiful beach with fun waves, restaurants, and nice grocery stores nearby. The beach was excellent - we were swimming every day even though it was supposed to be the monsoon season.Favorite restaurant - VERANDA NAIHARN (The Russian Thai Restaurant).Favorite activity in the hotel - aerobic and volleyball with Keay and other staff!Bikes are provided which is very convenient for exploring the area around the hotel. Everybody was very kind, friendly, and highly professional!The kids took a cooking class which was also super fun and very well organized!We highly recommend Sunsuri!

I loved everything! My mom found climbing the stairs a bit hard but welcomed the exercise!

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are nice and big and for my birthday they did a lovely cake and beautiful flower arrangement. The staff are very friendly

You have to get a shuttle up to the rooms There is a strange smell around the poolI didnt feel as safe here as other locations. not sure why. The rooms are a bit dark.I booked a room with a sea view and thats not what I got.

The hotel is about 800 meters away from Nai Harn beach. It has a very beautiful territory, but you should be prepared for some climbing as it is situated on a hill. There are several shuttles which you can use to get from lobby to your room. Also you can use them to go to the beach according to schedule.I loved the swimming pool as it has water slide, which is pretty good for children and adults, and diving tower with a deep pool underneath.Our room was very big and had both a shower and a bath. Interior is not very new but in good condition.There is pretty wide choice of food at the breakfast.

Air conditioner was very loud. The rest of everything was very good.

The Villa pool

Limited pool time and limited exercise time. Daughter injured her knee on water slide. The facility needs some upgrading.

We have been 3 times in Sunsuri (funny that every 5 years). Everything met our expectations and the quality of service continued to be at high level.

Everything is ok, you just have to be aware of the stairs, although they keep you fit!

Everything about this hotel is amazing, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast lovely, 5 mins walk to the beach. There are ALOT of stairs but there is a lift for part of the way, and they will come and get you or drop off at your room if you ask.

The lighting in the room was really bright. Theres a small lamp but it’s on the other side of the room and not connected to the master switch

Problems were dealt with extremely swiftly.The weekly night market was a fun difference.Facilities were very nice.

We had an excellent stay, the enthusiastic and excessive whistling for each point in a casual pool volleyball session would probably be the only gripe ?

I liked that it is in walking distance to Nai Harn beach. Staff were always very friendly and they were quite fast when asking for lifts to the room and back since some rooms are located on the top of a steep hill.

The hotel had a bit of an outdated, well-used feel to it. And there are not so many lounge chairs around the pool area (especially during peak season it gets quite crowded around the pool).
