AMAZING rooms and facility, very clean and comfortable and felt safe as soon as you walked in. Lovely option of pools all around. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Location is a bit out of the way from the beach, and the food in the hotel was very pricy so we mostly ate out

Such a beautiful resort. We stayed in the panoramic view room and had a great view of the pool and the ocean. Friendly staff, and good food at the restaurant.

The walk up and down the hill to go down to the beach was very daunting.

We had beautiful comfy room with a view on Mango Pool. Breakfast was very good, great variety of food. The staff was very friendly, especially Marc - he is an awesome friendly person, we enjoyed having him as our waiter. Receptionists were also nice, however they don't seem to speak good English.. it was very difficult to communicate with ladies at the front desk.But overal, this is wonderful hotel, we enjoyed our time there very much. We loved your Thai reastaurant at Coconut pool. Cheeva Spa was also gorgeouse and super comfy. Just a suggestion: please expand your spa services by hiring more employees, so that services are available upon walk-in without long-wait reservations. We've made several attempts and the spa was always booked.... So then we had to make appointments for a week ahead.

Close location to beach (20mins walk) and with a free shuttle. Rooms, breakfast and overall facilities were good.

Since it’s located across a mountain there are a lot of stairs to climb unless you wait for the transport, isn’t terrible but nos the best either.

This resort had upper class service, high class feel, everyone was professional. The setting is well kept and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was abundant and tasty, many international and Thai choices. The rooms were large, clean, contemporary but with a definite Thai feel. Amenities such as a travel basket weaved bag, and nice slippers that you can wear to the beach was very thoughtful bonuses. The people in the check-in area were very detail and informative about the resort, and the bell people were very helpful getting rides in and out of the area.

The only thing, which cannot be helped, perhaps, is the topography of the resort being on a hill. There are many steps, some of them quite steep, to negotiate to your room, to the breakfast restaurant, to the pool, to the check in area, etc. Although there is shuttles that you can request, it was easier just to try to get to some of the above places on your own, and it's not going to be easy for anyone with mobility issues. It perhaps can be modified to have less steep steps for us older guests.

The location on a hill, many stairs and uphills. For a family it is challenging to move around. Food was ok, not great.

Breakfast is super diverse, pools are great, room is very big and comfy.

Everything in the hotel requires walking uphill or taking a lot of stairs which is a bit challenging.

1- Cleanliness. As a Dubai resident, this was kept up to my standards. Housekeeping was a blessing. Breakfast was great. 2- Amenities 3- Staff 4- Speed of service 5- Value for money 6- Cart availability to your room7- No inconvenience even though rooms & amenities are far apart. There is always a cart available Could definitely be a resort i’d return to.

we enjoyed our accommodation very much, the hotel was very luxurious, the staff was very kind and available to all our requests. they have shuttles available 24 hours to take us to our room because it was far from the lobby and the breakfast restaurant.

there are many hills at the hotel, and it is hard to go by walking from one place to another, ut as I said, there was shuttles available all the time so we didnt have to transfer by walking in the hotel

The hotel grounds are charming, the dining room is successful, and the hotel staff is really kind.

The swimming pool is very close to the rooms and kept very clean. In the afternoon, the pool bar offers happy hour drinks at nearly half price. The hotel’s restaurants are also excellent, with both providing scenic views. Breakfast is not crowded. The overall environment of the hotel is wonderful: the rooms are clean and quiet, surrounded by greenery without any mosquitoes. The spa is great! Mandarava completely fulfilled my expectations for a relaxing holiday.

Nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offers rooms with a semi-private pool on a shared outdoor pool, and it was a good experience to stay in these rooms. Various public swimming pools are also available.

Because of the location on the mountain, moving between the rooms is tiring, and this is what led us to changing our room on the garden and paying an additional amount to be next to the kids's room next to the pool.

The property is amazing on high standards. The room with access to the pool is very nice. The hotel food is very delicious and the drinks on the pool are excellent.

The gym needs to have more equipments and the room towels needs to be changed as they are worn out.

The location was lovely and the staff were so kind and helpful! The room was perfect for what we needed and enjoyed the Thai restaurant.

We could hear the restaurant noise from our room which made it a bit difficult to sleep but aside from that no issues!

The room was unbelievable, the biggest room I’ve seen. The pools were amazing!! The views was incredible jungle vibes!!

Beautiful resort. Loads of pools so not crowded and easy to walk to beach and restaurants etc

I didn't mind but some guests may fine the steps etc a bit much as the resort is on a hill.
